Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Christmas gifts purchased, iPad leads with children’s name on. Both never worked great to begin with but stopped working completely after two months. Email sent to ask how to send back and was told they will not return as it has been too long since purchasing. Two months-and it’s faulty!!!! Obviously it wasn’t used before the end of December due to it being a gift but was purchased early due to trying to be organised and the items failed working mid/end February. Would never purchase from these people again. Disgraceful that they claim electrical goods should only work for less that 8 weeks and unwilling to even help.
