Hard to get in touch with but well worth the phone tag game. Best fee I found after researching about 2 dozen POS carriers. The account manager was very informative on process.

What made my experience five star was, Peter the first agent that called me about completing the application process. Peter, didn't talk too fast and his wording felt real and not scripted. And not to mention the final agent, Ms. Ashely, who called to confirm all the details with my National Bankcard process. She was just as nice, professional with a warm & welcoming vocal tone with a smile in her voice. Plus-One-Service from both reps. Kudos to Ashley & Peter!
Well my account was closed the 1st week of operation. My deposit was held by “Risk” with NO Communication as to why, and when I finally was able to speak to someone I was told I would get an email by the end of the day. Email arrived, and account was closed. The email claimed that my business could not be verified, but I received a letter from you stating that my business info matched with the US Government and everything checked out. RISK also stated I wasn’t meeting the standards in place. Yet I went thru the compliance set up and passed the day before. Then Risk stated that I failed to respond to previous emails…They’re Weren’t ANY!!!!This is a scam and complete BULLSHIT! Furthermore this process also has WAY too many moving parts, and too many hands in the til. Segpay, iAccess, SimpleSwipe, and National Bank. And I’m almost positive I’m missing one or two more.
The company was able to accommodate my time for their follow up phone call. The price I was quoted for the service seems reasonable.
