How about a -5 star rating! I don’t have tax debt and I told them clowns but they keep calling. So I wouldn’t even give these clowns the time of day even if I needed them!

Terrible firm - Crooks!
Terrible firm - took over $5,600 from me - did nothing I had not already told them needed to be done. Lied and filed returns fraudulently causing me trauma and nearly $10,000 to work with an attorney and now I am being audited.They refuse to reply to my request for a refund.Next the FTC and IRS.

They know how to resolve tax issue
NTRI is a fair company that will take the time needed to understand the tax problem then find out what options are available. This company offers a fair price for great work if you have a tax problem.

Carmen is a star in our book!
We have dealt with Carmen of BLM Tax Service and she is wonderful. She is always prepared for us to arrive and knows alll the questions to ask to be sure she has all the information she needs to do our taxes accurately and sees to it that we find all the legal deductions that our due to us. More importantly, she is able to answer any questions or concerns that we may have concerning our tax situation. I cannot recommend this service more highly. We trust her.

A Little Disappointed!!!
I have been a client of Monika's for many years. When I did my taxes this past year I now have a domestic partner and knew monika could help me with all options We might have. The way she came across during our appointment was a little disconcerting. I felt she was confused about all our options and in the end several issues arose. In conclusion, upon completion of our appointment our papers were filed. Then amended and refiled. I would like to return as a client because I have been happy with your services for many years and my children go to monika as well. I just don't know if BLM is well versed in all the rights for same sex marriage.

BLM is the best tax service I've gone too... Theyre always accurate, so friendly and very quick. I havent had any issues w/my taxes since going to BLM... Carmen is awesome she always makes you feel welcomed and part of the family.

Very knowledgeable staff that I will continue to hire.
I always ask as many questions as I can and not once have I felt that the staff does not fully understand the tax law I am inquiring about. I will continue to hire BLM to prepare my tax paperwork.

Been going there for about ten years ! Paid 120.00 now 275 sorry that's to much money I have a simple tax return it never changes ! Time to find a cheaper place !

When we got married I had my own tax person, but I met Monika at BLM Tax Service and liked how thorough, kind, and quick she was, so now she's doing my taxes too! I have had many years of great service from Carmen Nieves during the hectic tax season. This past year our taxes were a bit different with adding another business and being an LLC. Gerry has been doing our families taxes for years and years and knows our family well. He provides services above and beyond what you would expect. Carmen has also been a great help over the past couple years provide advice and clarification on tax questions throughout the year, not just at "tax time".
