Order changed by website
I ordered a product from NuroClean priced at £17.99 Order #796DF77807. The price was changed to £25.98 and an additional item priced at £41.97 was added to the order. I attempted to cancel the order within a few minutes using their support email address. The order confirmation also stated that a refund could be requested using their support address or by phone. All emails to their support address shown on the website and the order confirmation are ignored and they do not answer the phone. The process also set up a direct debitSeller name: Commerce Core UAB Amount: - £ 47.87 I did not set up or authorise this DD.
