I love receiving help with insurance billing and collection from PCB. They are a VERY responsive and efficient operation. No waiting for an answer, ever. Their modest fee structure feels like one of the most efficient costs in my practice.
I have been working with Providers Care for about a year. They have helped save me time and save me from the headaches I used to get from dealing with insurance companies by myself. Their service is truly top notch with same day feedback on everything I've asked of them. I would recommend them to anyone!

Gustavo and his team at Providers Care Billing offers exceptional and efficient insurance billing services. I co-own a group counseling practice with 30 clinicians. We are insurance based with multiple insurances, and our former biller was overwhelmed and unable to complete all of the needed tasks. Providers Care Billing came in and quickly cleaned up our insurance aging report in our EHR, checked all of our clients' benefits, and provided clear and accurate communication to our staff. They also help us panel our clinicians on the more complex insurance panels. We have an admin follow up with client collections, but PCB is also able to help interface with clients about insurance issues (a rare find from a contracted billing company!). PCB is extremely easy to work with, and with everything they do, they have the most competitive rates out there! Highly recommend for all of your insurance billing needs!
