I have been using the free version of PyjamaHR until now, but I am planning to upgrade to their paid version soon. Before discovering PyjamaHR, I used Google Forms to collect resumes and posted jobs in hundreds of WhatsApp groups, but those methods were not effective. I have been using PyjamaHR for several months now, and out of the 3-4 ATS platforms I've tried, I can confidently say it's the best. Here's why I find it useful: It provides the option to include screening questions in various formats such as text, numbers, yes or no, and multiple-choice questions. This feature makes it easier to assess candidates before reviewing their resumes. Many candidates apply for jobs without reading the job description, but screening questions help us gauge their relevant experience and interest. Jobs posted on PyjamaHR appear on our LinkedIn company page's job section within 3-4 hours. PyjamaHR automatically posts jobs on multiple job boards, thereby increasing our company's visibility on the web. We can create customized boards similar to Trello within PyjamaHR's ATS for each job, which helps us track the status and follow up with candidates. Unlike Google Forms, which required candidates to log in using their Google accounts to fill out the form, PyjamaHR's job application form doesn't require candidates to log in. This feature significantly reduces candidate dropouts during the application process. Previously, posting jobs in hundreds of WhatsApp groups consumed a lot of time and battery. With PyjamaHR, I no longer need to do this as I receive relevant profiles by simply posting on the platform, which automatically distributes the job to multiple job boards. We can integrate our email with the ATS to send follow-up emails to candidates regarding their application status, rejection notices, offer letters, and more. Overall, PyjamaHR has greatly streamlined our recruitment process and improved our efficiency in finding and hiring the right candidates. I have only utilized these features thus far, although there are many other useful features available. I have used Ashby ATS & Lever ATS in the past. But from my experience if you want a good UX you should go with PyjamaHR. The chatbot support is also one of the best in industry.
Features are good as ATS. All the basic functionalities required in an ATS are already there. There are few dashboards which are currently being developed by the team, hence that feature is yet to be explored.

The ATS was pretty easy to navigate. The modules were very helpful in making your job descriptions, posting, and sorting out candidates. I would recommend this ATS if you're looking for an easy, intuitive, and worry-free recruitment tool.
This is a decent product to use because of their clean and simple UI and its value a for money product.
I'm getting good response from the candidates and it has been helpful to find out relevant candidates for different profiles.You can even add your team members to PyjamHR profile so all can access the same.We have done interviews and shortlisted candidates from Pyjama HR

I began using PyjamaHR two years ago and found it to be excellent. I recommended it to my HR colleagues, and they were able to make the requested changes promptly. The profiles I received from PyjamaHR were comparable to those from Indeed and LinkedIn. It's disappointing that they have now switched to a paid version. If the platform could be used similarly to Indeed, it would be very beneficial for startups.
