HORRIBLE: I had a very disappointing experience…
Response to Owner – Jen L'EstrangeHi Jen,I appreciate your response, but I must follow up.If the office was closed on Monday, it would have been far more professional and respectful to notify candidates then, rather than waiting until Wednesday to send a reschedule request just one hour before the interview. Expecting someone to rearrange their schedule on the same day is not only inconvenient—it is disrespectful, poorly managed, and reflects a lack of basic planning.Your explanation that a backlog caused the delay does not excuse last-minute communication. Candidates’ time and commitments deserve to be treated seriously, and this approach frankly makes your organization appear disorganized and dismissive.Original Review:I had a very disappointing experience with Radclover HR. An interview was scheduled, and then it was canceled and pushed to reschedule just one hour before the agreed time. This shows a lack of professionalism and poor planning.Candidates rearrange their schedules, work commitments, and personal responsibilities to accommodate interviews. Canceling at the last minute without proper consideration is extremely disrespectful.Based on my experience, the process felt disorganized and badly managed. I would not recommend working with this company.
