I've been both impressed and unimpressed with the services of RJ. Obviously, the positive experiences outweigh the negative ones. Firstly, I'm concerned about the company not installing the smoke detectors and chandelier as promised the 1st week of September.Then, the tech broke one of the globes on the chandelier. The chandelier has 10 globes and he broke one trying to install the item. Amazon could not send me another replacement globe. So, I am going online and to stores, Lowe's, Ace, etc., to try to find a globe. I'm very disappointed in your services because I know accidents happen in any installation. But, my expertise is not electrical installments. I do not want this chandelier to become an eyesore with 9 globes and a missing one. I hope you will rectify this situation.

Electrification pre-wiring project
I recently upgraded my kitchen from a gas range to an induction range and couldn't be happier with the results. The electrical work required for this upgrade was handled seamlessly by RJ Electrical. The entire process was efficient and hassle-free. Tommy was knowledgeable, professional, and explained every step clearly. He ensured the circuit was ready and the gas line was capped before installation, making the process seamless.

True to his word
Excellent work, on time and in budget. RJ Electric installed multiple indoor and outdoor ceiling fans, GFI's and additional power outlets were new ones are needed. I woulx not hesitate to use RJ Electrical again for my next projects

Needed a weekend service call
Had a circuit breaker that went bad on a Friday night disabling my water heater. Called RJ Electrical Saturday afternoon and was surprised to have the call picked up immediately. Explained the predicament and asked if anyone was on call for the weekend? Received a follow-up message within 15 minutes that a tech would be there within the hour. Technician (Tommy) arrived in timely fashion, and was professional, polite, and efficient in conducting the repair as well as ensuring there were no other issues contributing to the original issue. From top to bottom this was an outstanding experience, highly recommend RJ’s to all.
