They're little more than a recruiting agency reselling work from third-world staffing forums. The work you're getting costs more than you should pay and yields code worse than you paid for. Multiple memory leaks and bugs. Never using them again
This establishment is as scammy as it gets.You will take their exam which is essentially a quick math exam that is way too easy and then a personality assessment. Mine said I would be a great leader and a very hard worker with strong problem solving skills. You will think you aced it. You will, however, receive an email 5 minutes after taking the exam informing you that you did not pass their "assessment". A week later you will get an email saying "Hello! We noticed you recently failed your RocketDev exam. It just so happens we also offer a service to help you pass your rocketdev exam." This is inherently an insane business practice. This program showed itself to be like a college frat boy negging a person on their first date and then waiting for the check to come out before claiming "Oh it looks like I forgot my wallet at home...Can you pick this up?" Don't waste your time applying. It is clear they are a bunch of scumbags just out for their bottom dollar regardless of whether they claim to be a "non-profit" or not. There was no coding involved at all in their “assessment”. It is a shame trust pilot does not allow you to respond to a reply. The below is an attempt to discredit my review of their business practices.
When I discovered it was a non-profit, I was intrigued and wanted to see if their services were worth it. You would be amazed at how they have been able to bring out such talents available for such a good price.
Amazing developers, Africa is blessed and RocketDevs is doing a good job portraying these talents at a very effective cost compared to efficiency.

I'm really happy with my RocketDev. Despite them being a new startup they really have a quality offering. My hire has been outstanding thus far.
