I was trick into an investment, I was told it's a compulsory savings, I decided to closed one of my policy. I was told I would have the funds in my account the following monday. I waited until the following thursday. Call customer service on the phone for several minutes I got cut off, I call again same thing, the next time I got a recording stated I should check the number and call again. Thanks sagicor you guys rock
I spoke to Jody Turner on December 15, 2022 regarding my interest in accessing my insurance from online. For someone who is afraid of the tech world, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease asking the questions and navigating the process. Normally jamaican businesses are known for having horrible customer service but she made me very happy and optimistic that things are changing and the change I believe started with her. Thank you Jody Turner, you've made my life 1 step easier.
Sagicor life is by far the worst insurance company in the world, recently I filed a claim with Sagicor life insurance company in Jamaica , I filed a claim on or about September 21st with the intention of getting some assistance to of set the cost of my father`s funeral and as of today`s date October 21st NOTHING!!!!! , after several conversations with my insurance agent I realize this company is a scam , my father was laid to rest without the help that I so diligently try to give myself in case something like this should happen , these guys are the worst
I am trying to get Sagicor to respond about my mother's policies since August and I am yet to received a call or an email from Sagicor. All contacts speaking to someone, "I had to go beyond the call of duty to reach out to someone." I have FedEx my documents, I have also visited your Mandeville office and have additional documents certified and sent to Mss. Higgins and have yet to receive a response from her to say that she is in receipt of the documents. I have furnished Sagicor with both my email and phone number and have yet to receive ONE form of communication from this company. If I was waiting on my mom's money for burial, the body would be rotten by now. They have no empathy or care whatsoever, and I am amazed that they are still in business with such unprofessionalism.Dawn Walters
I am still awaiting for my mother's insurance card for the past 2 months. She is in hospital and the person in which all the paper work completed with at pines sagicor insurance has not conceretly communicating has to when the insurance card will be delivered. I am so disappointed and has been disrespected. Should my unwell mother suffer like this? I need an answer asap from the managing director. As I am in distress knowing the fact that I am in England and cannot reach out to my mother caring needs.
It was a quick easy process to purchase life insurance.
A friendly and professional company. All questions were answered. All of our financial matters were addressed and reorganized. Lunch was unexpected but very much appreciated and very delicious. Having everything in one place is a huge relief to my wife. We would most definitely recommend Michael and Sagicor.

I usually get by with no problems. It was a bit of a hassle to set up everything, but once your set up and get the payment plan started, you are good to go. A little hiccup along the way, but still a good company to deal with.
I had a wonderful experience with Sagicor. My agent Dan Finn was attentive, kind, and considerate towards me and my situation. He took the time to walk me through and explain the process of the annuity and how it will work for me. I would highly recommend this company.
