SCAMMERS - I never received my order
I never received my order - EVER. Spent $400 USD and it was a total scam - I know some of these YT scam hunters, so if I don't hear back or get a refund from them, I was communicating with Jessica Dicenszki and then other CS reps, I will turn over my emails to the scam hunters and have them outted on YouTube. If it's going to cost me, at least it will cost them more. If they fix this and repay me, I will amend my review.

I did have to wait on hold for quite some time, once I spoke with a representative, they informed me about their return policy. They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed

App upgraded the shopping experience
I've been shopping at shopiosx for a couple of months now, and their recent app update has really enhanced the whole shopping experience. Not only did they send me a fantastic $100 coupon to celebrate the launch of the app, but their team was also incredibly helpful in explaining all the new features and advantages. When I decided to buy the new iPhone 15 using the promo code and a gift card, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my order balance was only $3. The shipping was super fast with USPS, and even though I found a few fingerprints on the device, transferring my old SIM to a esim from my iPhone 11 was a breeze. All in all, shopiosx has consistently provided top-notch service, and this recent app upgrade has taken it to a whole new level of convenience.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and I waited for a couple of days till it got canceled without my consent. I decided to give them another chance, I placed an order last week and the same thing happened. They charged me via PayPal, the following morning my order was canceled and I have not received any refund. I wrote many emails to them and they have not responded back. This is a totally waste of time.Don’t trust them. Now they are on the market as SHOPIOSX.app

Inflation with this company…now being charged $21.99 for my wholesale account plan. Team has made no effort to rectify this.
I have been a loyal customer of the ShopiosX store since 2021, but recently I have noticed some significant changes that have left me extremely dissatisfied. The most concerning issue is the sudden increase in prices for their wholesale plans. Previously, I was paying $9.99 for my plan, but now I am being charged a hefty $21.99. This jump in pricing is outrageous and unacceptable.To add insult to injury, the store is now also enforcing extra sales tax on top of the increased wholesale plan charges. Not only am I being charged more, but I am also being burdened with additional fees. It feels like ShopiosX is trying to squeeze every penny out of their customers without providing any real value in return.Furthermore, I used to benefit from having a residential account, but it seems that they have stripped away all the advantages that came along with it. There are no more perks or benefits for being a loyal customer. It feels like they are disregarding their long-time customers and solely focusing on making more money.Overall, my experience with the ShopiosX store has taken a drastic turn for the worse. The exorbitant price increase, extra sales tax, and removal of benefits for residential accounts have all contributed to my disappointment and frustration. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere in search of a store that values its customers and provides fair pricing.

I put an order for iPhone 14 on Oct. 18th.The price was really competitive and chat agent said iPhone 14 and 15 is new in box, while other iPhones are used. That's why I decided to try this shop.Though I choose an express delivery option that said item would come wihtin 5 business days, It took 12 calender days to arrive to "my town", which means totally wrong address with my home address. I went to that address and found that the box is empty....I have claimed the customer care, and they told me that they would re-deliver with 1day air option immediately on Nov. 3rd. Today is Nov 14th now and my phone is still sitting in their warehouse. I reached out customer care by chat and Email so many times but no response.I wil call them directly and also I need to reach out to Credit Card Provider to open dispute...

ShopiOSx shipped my iPhone SE fast, but the experience was far from perfect. Despite the affordable price of $47 with the discount and shipping costs, I was disappointed to discover a small crack in the front of the phone. While the front camera still works, the noticeable crack is an eyesore. To address this issue, I reached out to customer service for assistance.

I have been a wholesale customer at Shopiosx since March and things have generally been going well. All my packages have been delivered on time and I've been a loyal customer. However, I recently encountered a major issue. I decided to add a new debit card to pay for my $9.99 membership fee, but unfortunately, I accidentally locked the card for 4 days. As a result, Shopiosx abruptly canceled my membership.Now, I find myself in a frustrating situation where I am being forced to pay a $20 activation fee along with the regular $9.99 membership fee. On top of that, they are even charging me a $10 suspension fee. I reached out to their customer support seeking clarification, specifically contacting Jessica from the Shopiosx team. However, to my disappointment, Jessica informed me that she couldn't provide any further information due to my suspended account. Furthermore, she mentioned that there was no option to appeal the suspension or have the suspension fee waived.The payment terms and policies at Shopiosx are excessively strict, especially considering my status as a long-term member and customer. It's disheartening that they aren't willing to accommodate my situation and waive the suspension fee. I will update my review once my account situation is involved, but so far it’s been 5 business days the payment team hasn’t updated my claim.

I know this site seems sketch, and there is a possibility that all the reviews for this website are bought. I decided to give it a try anyway, I ordered an Iphone 13 pro max, even paid for shipping protection, and for priority shipping. The phone never arrived, then it was shipped to a whole different address in a whole different state. I contacted customer service but they're so hard to get into contact with. I provided proof of purchase and even where the package was delivered too. Yet, even if they do contact you nothing gets resolved. I don't ever recommend buying from this site its all a scam. I hope I can prevent someone else falling for this facade website.

I just bought something from ShopiOSx, and I have to say that their shipping was lightning-fast. It took me only two days to receive my order, which was much faster than I had anticipated. Additionally, the prices on their website were very reasonable. There was nowhere else I could find a better deal. I'm also very impressed with their level of customer service. ShopiOSx's staff went above and beyond to answer my inquiries and make my shopping experience seamless. They quickly addressed my issues and treated me like a valued client. In conclusion, I would heartily recommend ShopiOSx to others because I am so happy with my purchase. They are deserving of a 5-star review. ShopiOSx, keep up the fantastic work!

This website is a scam, never buy nothing from there. I placed an order 2/3 months ago and everything was right until they sent me the tracking number wrong, I waited, but after 3 weeks I started emailing without any answers from the company, proceed to call them and they answered me saying it was found a mistake on it, it was sent “again” they say, and gave me another tracking number that is still incorrect and now my account apparently doesn’t exist anymore or order by their website, not answering emails or phone at all. But still they sent me an email to do a review of my order last month, that of course I did a very poor review. No answers no reimbursement no nothing. Don’t trust this website.

Price was great... promise of free dexex overnight was great.. purchase process was great... then it all fell apart. It took over a week to get a "tracking number" that was only a label being printed. Method was fedex standard instead of overnight. Contacted and they said it would be changed. New fedex label was printed.. that was about week ago and STILL it has not been handed over to fedex. No response from the chat bot other than they are busy and someone will email me back or call me. Nothing the last 3 days... I simply want to get the product I purchased.. that is not that much to ask for.Aug 15th Update: status mysteriously updated to REFUNDED on August 10th but ZERO DOLLARS have been placed back onto my card so far.Update:: they give me a $300 in-house gift card.
