Aiden at AdvancedMD is seriously one of the best sales reps I’ve ever worked with. This company is really on top of it.As a general partner at a firm with over 100 medical professionals, and someone who has spent a lifetime in development and technology working with GSA, FBI, NOAA, GAO, Google, and a lot of other major agencies and companies, I can honestly say Aiden is one of the most thorough and professional software reps I’ve dealt with. He actually listens, follows up, and knows the product inside and out which is rare these days.I’m genuinely looking forward to working with Aiden and AdvancedMD for years to come.This EHR clearly has both the tech and the people behind it to go the distance for what we need. It feels like a real long term partner, not just another vendor.Thank you again AdvancedMD for building such a strong team and for delivering software that actually backs it up. Really impressed overall.

Quick response and efficient…
Quick response and efficient recommendation. Little heavy on the follow-up emails but good if they didn't find what you needed on the first try. Only got the one recommendation, would've liked one or two more. Used them to help find a software for a small remodel company

I'd like to rate it at zero stars
I'd like to rate it at zero stars! I've had to use it for over 20 years and it is the most frustrating software. QB's nickels and dimes for a supposed all inclusive Enterprise Solutions software. Now I get charged extra for payroll that I do, not them. QBs support is unbelievably ridiculous. After using it for so long when I call in it's an issue. You get a person who types to a more knowledgeable person to try to get answers. Sometimes they ask you to make changes that actually makes the issue worse! Sometimes thy want me to make changes that I've already tried and told them. They still insist we do it again - which, duh!, doesn't work! They won't let you talk direct to the more knowledgeable person. Thank GOD I convinced employer to change to ANY OTHER software. QBs sucks.

The initial call by Maria explaining everything and the follow up calls by Levi and Ryan, along with the emails were clear and very helpful. The articles that followed the first call, immediately gave me a framework to start. Through their service, instead of you reaching out to the companies, they reach out to you and everything flows!

They listened to our needs and wants. They provided us with the top 5 software companies with the features and accessories that we asked for without us having to go through hundreds of companies online making it so much easier and less stressful for us and less time consuming which in our business speaks volumes. We found the perfect software program
The recommended software companies were very responsive except we never heard from HubSpot. The program we chose was for a company that never appeared in our web searches, so if we hadn't received your recommendation, we never would have found the perfect software program for our company.
