they are scams
they are scams, I purchased adobe acrobat 2024, the link they sent did not work, the phone number listed don't work, sent an email they did not respond.... and so bad I didn't check for reviews first

It has all the characteristics of a scam & Fake licence.
It has all the characteristics of a scam. They are unfriendly, and the customer service is terrible. The process is very slow, and the licenses are fake.After following all the instructions step by step, Microsoft's product activation service told me the following:"Unfortunately, we cannot complete thetransaction as our records do not recognize thisas a valid product.You may be able to return the software to yourreseller. To learn about licensing rights for yourMicrosoft product, visit microsoft . com / howtotell.Alternatively, you may consider purchasing a morecurrent version of your software atstore.microsoft.com, provided your device meetsthe minimum requirements.You may close this window now."It's entirely my fault for trusting these people.

Paid for an Office download twice
Paid for an Office download twice - when you click on the link on the invoice it says "Invalid download link". Tried emailing - no response. Telephone number is a bot which is no use. Do not use them - seems to be a fake site.

Be patient - info and key will come
Initially, I was frustrated because the link to guide/download was returning error message. And no activation key was emailed. However, response came from softwarehubs early Monday, so I guess I was too impatient.Following guide and pasting in activation key worked just as described, so things look good to go. Product delivered as promised

Unable to access Microsoft Office 2024 Software
I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus (Lifetime License) with Teams on 12/7/2025 and attempted to download the software per the instructions sent. However, the link to download the software returned "Invalid link" and directed me to SoftwareHubs home page. Over the past four days, I have tried to contact support (which seems to be AI bots) to resolve this problem with no luck. And the phone number provided on the website (307) 203 1248 does not work!!! I have finally given up on getting assistance to access the product or getting a refund. $24.27 down the tubes!!! Buyer beware .. purchase at your own risk.

Pretty sure this is a scam website
Pretty sure this is a scam website. Purchased a MS365 Family license and never received it. They sent me a link to the digital code for the yearly subscription, but the link states, "invalid link." Wrote them several times but they only say "hi" and never address the issue. Now my order says "On Hold" for the last three weeks. Their website says they're based in Casper, Wyoming, however they only reply in the middle of the night...during Chinese working hours.My guess is that this is an overseas scam site designed to look real with a made-up American business address. Avoid. I'm working with my credit card company to get this refunded back to me.

I bought Windows 365 Family
I bought Windows 365 Family, and the email link they provided didn’t include any download options for the software. After repeatedly emailing the company, all they kept saying was that “it’s in the email,” even though I clearly told them the link in the email comes up completely blank. They also failed to provide the license number for the product.I’m convinced the person running this company can’t communicate in proper English, and every conversation with them just goes in pointless circles. After searching online, I found out that many other buyers have had the exact same issues and have even accused this company of being scammers. Their phone number doesn’t work, and the address they list is just a shell used by multiple shady companies.I’m extremely frustrated and feel like I’ve been scammed. I have contacted my credit card company to reject the purchase.

Terrible support, I got no response.
I purchased a license for MS office, that suddenly required re-activation, I tried to reach software hub via email, after no response attempted online chat no in online chat. You buy anything don't expect support from them. The license I purchased was lifetime on the same computer and should not have required reactivation, Microsoft said the software key is blocked, call the vendor who has admin rights as I could not reactivate it. Waste of money on a license I can no longer use.

Don’t buy anything from this store
Purchased license for Office 365 Professional and two months later get a message the product code is not valid. Calls to number do not connect and, no surprise, the help bot does not respond to questions. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!

MS Office 2024 Pro Installation…
I ordered MS Office 2024 Pro and at first it wouldn't download. I sent them an e-mail and the next day I received extensive directions and the activation key to activate it. I am very happy with the installation and the product.

Stole my CC # during checkout.
While I was able to purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and install it successfully, I also had my credit card stolen by their checkout process. I'm absolutely certain that their check out was responsible; not question. Capital One told me they declined my purchase because they KNOW that this company has issues. You have been advised and forewarned!!!
