The spindle that I ordered is solid…
The banister that I ordered is solid and very well-made. I wish they made a thicker metal spindle to replace the wood ones that I have. I have a very large home and the spindles look dainty compared to the entry size. My only real gripe is the absolutely ridiculous shipping prices!

Failed to ship the right size railings…
Failed to ship the right size railings that were ordered. Causing delays in my project. Reached out for support to get missing railing expedited and company has been slow to respond.

john Stevens designed and put together all the partsYour shipping department though got the diameter of the big two wrong once and had to re-ship and shorter pieces. They also shorted me on the LED strip made it only 39 feet instead of I need 41

You can only get 2 of the 4 screws in the angled fixtures. The fixture needs to be flat against handrail for its cover to cover correctly. The spindles on flat surfaces work well with your fixtures.
All parts came well packaged and on time.

Great products with a company that works hard to take care of their customers. I had a problem with one railing bracket out of six and Shawn corrected the issue as soon as he became aware of it. I couldn’t as for anything more.

Quality control update
I ordered 8 newel posts in poplar.Build quality is good but on opening the cartons 3 of the units have dings or dents on edges and base. It's not worth returning as I need to get this project completed, but it is disappointing as now I have to juggle faces and locations to hide defects. They were packaged fine.Update as of January 22nd. The company owner reached out to me with apologies and very kindly offered a lump sum rebate by way of apologizing which I accepted. It's really nice these days to find a company who wants to make things right.

Quality red oak quarter turns
The red oak quarter turns delivered on time and are nice quality. They match the straight red oak railing I purchased at our big box store. You offer them at a lower price than other stores
