Replacement Boots - Customer Service
I had a pair of work boots that fell apart on me after a few months of wear. Assuming they were defected, I reached out for a replacement before the holidays. Destinie was my service representative and she was the most caring, considerate, and professional rep I have ever had. The company was mostly shut down due to the holidays, but she recognized the urgency to get me a new pair (I am a welder and my job will not allow me to work without proper and safe PPE). Destinie kept me informed through the holidays, she being the one to reach out to me with updates, and contacted additional management to expedite my replacement approval and shipment. She provided me with tracking information and an eta. And to top it off, I received a free pair of socks and extra laces. This was phenomenal service and I wish more people like Destinie were in customer service.

Bought the Steel Blue Southrn Cross…
Bought the Steel Blue Southrn Cross boot just before Christmas 2025.I needed a new good pair of winter boots for site work as I usually wear the trainer type, but come winter with mud/snow and heavy rain this time of year they aren’t waterproof so looked at Steel Blue.Wore them the 4th of January, first day back, for 3 Hours at most. The blisters they caused on my heels were unbearable after that time.I tried again Monday the 5th of January, with the thickest socks I had and now attached blister patches.40 minutes later they were off again.Try 3, thick socks, now added heel pads stuck in the back. Half hour, heel felt bruised and another blister starting to form, can imagine after a full day in them I’d be struggling to walk.I’ve tried lacing different to stop heel slip with no result. Now looking to return to ITS in the UK under the supposed 30 day comfort guarantee. The heel area has no padding what so ever, so any movement creates friction very quickly, as well as being a solid section so no padding in areas where your heel presses against it.Had boots half the price of these that never had any issues.Granted the quality may not be as good but for the level of comfort I’d rather by two pairs of those a year than suffer in the boots in question for the foreseeable.

Finally!
It is so hard for me to find good functional work boots in my size. As a woman plumber I need something waterproof, slip resistant, and steel toed. I've bought numerous different brands and they all seem to fall short. The typical Woman's Work Boot is more stylish than functional, or made for a man's foot only smaller. As soon as I got these boots and put them on, I knew it was the pair for me! Not only do they fit great with awesome support and has a great style, but it is the most functional boot I have yet to come by. Thank you all so much for taking the time to tailor make these work boots for women!

Had issue with who I ordered my Steel Blue boots from. Called Steel Blue asking if they do deal with WB, as others have had issues. She said yes and we got to talking about how they work with others, how its processed, and other stuff. She was totally sweet and amazing customer service!

Highly Recommend!!!
Certified worksite, industry events, and weekend approved. Been rocking the pink steel toe boots for over a year and from day one, no painful break-in period, just solid support and cushioning that holds up through long days. Zippers on the side make them easy to slip on and off.

Best, most durable boots I’ve ever owned.
I’m a diesel mechanic and LTL truck driver. My boots are without a doubt the most comfortable and durable boots I’ve ever owned. I was skeptical because every boot I’ve bought from RedWings to Ariat have let me down in some way or fashion. I’m tough on everything! I don’t buy items to look at… I use them hard. The Blue Steel Australian boots have passed my test for comfort and durability. When I’m done beating them up on the farm and shop floor, I can easily buff them to a shine and wear them driving semi. I will definitely buy them again. Well done everyone!

I placed my second order for Steel Blue…
I placed my second order for Steel Blue Southern Cross boots. I have a nerve ball on the bottom of my foot which can be extremely painful. I am on my feet 10+ hours a day and foot pain is not an option. After many failed brand names and lots of money spent i came across Steel Blue. I took a chance and let me tell you I love love love these boots. My first pair lasted me for 1 year and 9 months. The quality of these boots are top notch. I am now on my 2nd pair. I will never buy another brand. We'll worth the money. I purchased the purple pair and I get lots of comments on them. I tell everyone who comments on what a game changer these boots were for me.

If you're on the fence, READ THIS REVIEW
This is my second set of two pairs of Steel Blue boots. After trying without success, at least a dozen other brands, some cheap, some expensive, well-known brands, I finally discovered Steel Blue boots. At first I was hesitant because I had already spent several hundred dollars on boots that didn't fit right, hurt, fell apart, were a pain to get on and off, etc. I opted to try Steel Blue anyway because I needed good steel toe, slip-resistant boots for work and my feet were in constant agony. I bought the pink and purple pairs so I could switch them out. As soon as I put my foot inside, I knew they were different! They were roomy, comfortable, and the top of the boot landed at a comfortable place around my ankles with a contour around the back. That allowed me the flexibility to bend my feet and ankles without having stiff leather jamming the back of my leg. The zipper and Velcro tabs on the sides are ingenious, making them 1000% easier to get on and off, and not once did the zippers ever get stuck or break. I've gotten them caked with mud and they still zip with ease. Gone are the days of hooking, lacing, tightening and unhooking and loosening my laces. The level of comfort has been second to none. I wear my boots 6-7 days per week, approximately 12-15 hours per day on average. Switching out between the two pairs gave my feet a break, though I finally had no pain wearing boots. The first two pairs lasted a little over two years and had I taken better care of them, would have lasted much longer, I have no doubt. I beat these boots to death and they took it day in and day out in all types of weather. I've gotten them soaked in the rain, crusted with mud, filled with pebbles and dirt, cement, you make it. Not a rip, not a tear, not a crack. There was ZERO hesitation when it came to replacing them, and I did so reluctantly because they had served me well. I knew within a few days and even moreso a year later that I wouldn't ever wear another boot other than Blue Steel. I purchased two fresh pairs in pink and blue about two months ago, and the quality and consistency is on par. I cannot tell you how many times these boots have saved my toes, my feet, and probably my life. I work in construction and the steel toe is roomy and trustworthy. The slip-resistant and puncture-resistant sole has stopped me from sliding off a roof, slipping down wet, oily stairs, and have prevented multiple rusty nails from entering my feet. If you have any doubt about a pair of reliable, quality, comfortable, safe work boots, then look no further than Steel Blue. They are by far the best work boots I have EVER owned. One important suggestion with all steel toe boots is to size up 1/2 to 1 size and even with my regular width feet, found I benefitted from wide width. That little bit of extra room isn't too much; it gives breathing room and enough space to add a pair of insoles without crushing your toes a year later if you wear them as many hours as I do. I would put my name on these boots as quickly as I put my name on my work.

This is my second pair of steel blue boots. Neither pair needed to be broke in. The first pair last me a little over 2 years. Previous boys less than 18 months.

These boots are comfortable and also roomy in the toes. The zipper makes for easy on and off. I don't want boots without a zipper anymore.
