I bought a van from stellar about a year ago, the van was very clean and I have had no issues at all since ownership, the staff are brilliant, every1 I met that worked there was very polite and really helpful, I needed a new van urgently and they even managed to meet me out of there normal working hours to help me find a new van.I will definitely be in contact with them again the next time I need a new van. Thank you all at stellar 🙏

Came to buy a van, great customer service, very happy with the van, I bought p/x’d my own van in also. Whole process was a pleasure, will be back when I’m ready for my next one. Highly recommended if your after your next van.

READ THE UPDATE BELOW: The owner called me and was swearing at me and at my mother after this review.Very awful customer service. They lady told me they will send me the service history as they are busy now. However, they didn't although i contacted them several times later. I called today to ask again about the service historybut they told me the car was sold !!!Absolute waste of time and effortsUPDATE: the company owner called me from this number 07961365365 asking me to remove the reply. I refused to remove it because they lied to me and wasted my time. After i refused, he started swearing at me and at my mother and said very dirty words about usI will leave the decision of whether to deal with such people to you

Went to see an honest low mileage van
Went to see an honest low mileage van. Obviously a crash damaged repaired, not very well repaired either van. Non of the front panels or headlights lined up and the main repair seemed to be on the passenger/side cargo door column. All smiles but couldn't get out of the place quick enough.

Went to look at a van
Went to look at a van, and I needed more time to consider.It was advertised as having cruise control.I asked them to show me the cruise control, they then said it didn't.Then I asked about the Aircon, they said no Aircon either.I took it for a test drive, and within 5 minutes, I could hear a banging noise, when letting off the accelerator.On returning to their yard, I told them.They then said, there is nothing wrong with it.When I looked a couple of hours later, they had put the price up £1000Talk about greedy.No wonder they get a bad reputation
