SuperPhone has helped us so much with answering buyer questions super quickly, sending personalized follow-ups, and recovering abandoned carts (which are time sensitive!). I’ve used other texting platforms before, but nothing compares to the team at SuperPhone! They’re sooo helpful! Garbage. Product never works, they stole thousands from my credit card, and when I asked why they blocked me on discord. These people are trash. Thieves with a garbage app that sucks.

Though the pricing structure was a bit confusing to understand at first, It's still the absolute best value for someone looking to build a list from scratch, FAR better than Community imo. You get WAY more than you bargained for.

The service itself works very well. The only thing I don't love is the pricing is confusing there are a high number of factors. Number of users, number of text messages, segments (texting is PRICEY if you use emojis because they use a large number of segments). I'd prefer a flat fee, and for the charges to come in as a bundle (they charge your card frequently in small amounts).
SuperPhone is a great solution for one-to-one and one-to-many texting. They have good customer service. They seem to work for a lot of use cases from influencers to enterprise businesses and have a variety of features (including APIs). I do think they could more cleanly package these features for different use cases and have a lot more ways to expand the product
We are using Superphone for an Influencer with a following of over 1 Million People. We have to admit that this is one of the best Tools to build a close relationship with your followers and turn them to paying customers. Even for an online shop i would recommend using it, since you can segment your customers and talk to them individually: The Customer Support is really kind and helpful.
My friend told me about super phone and I'm so glad I listened! The technology is supreme and allows me to know my subscribers on an intimate level never done before. The interface is beautiful, simple to use and their customer service is primo. Highly recommend 11/10.

There's a lot of companies that do text SMS, but SuperPhone is the perfect blend of corporate usage and ease of use for influencers or content creators. Unlike others, it accepts and can send from international numbers and provides me with a lot of information about the users. Some competitors targeted for creators dumb down a lot of information, while SuperPhone doesn't hold back while making it extremely easy to read and understand. Thanks guys!
Great customer service with this company, I had ordered a product off their website but had to cancel the order the next day and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They cancelled my order there and then and the money was back in my account the following day. Thanks Superphone deals.
