Significant concerns regarding product claims, course fulfillment, and customer transparency
I was a customer of this business for several years and spent a substantial amount of money on products and services. My experience raised multiple concerns that I believe potential buyers should consider carefully. Some products were marketed as exclusive, handmade, or uniquely designed, but later appeared to be mass-produced or widely available elsewhere. Items described as limited or “never to be restocked” were sometimes restocked shortly afterward.I also purchased a paid course that was advertised as a multi-month program with ongoing lessons and guidance. In my experience, the course was not completed as described, and attempts to ask about future lessons were removed from the associated online group.Customer questions that could be perceived as negative often appeared to be deleted, making it difficult to obtain clarification or support. Direct attempts to resolve issues were unsuccessful.Additionally, marketing frequently emphasized urgency (“limited time,” “last chance,” etc.), which created pressure to purchase quickly.I am not commenting on anyone’s beliefs or practices — only on fulfillment, transparency, and customer experience. Before purchasing, I strongly recommend that potential buyers:• Research independently• Review refund policies carefully• Avoid spending more than you can afford to lose• Look for independent reviews outside of affiliated communitiesI hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

Dishonest and unscrupulous, run away
Do an image search on Google or Amazon before buying anything from here! This person claims to personally design everything and vehemently denies buying in bulk and repurposing items. Regardless of whether the items are effective, the dishonesty and huge price mark up is unacceptable There is a Facebook group linked to the store that is run like a cult, the members worship the store owner more than the actual deities they work with.... check out the reddit posts This person does not deserve your hard earned cash

ZERO results. Was a placebo effect supposed to kick in???
I was a client of 7th witch house which is affiliated to The Order of dark arts for 2yrs or so. The site makes claims of life, relationship and financial transformation through using their products and potions. None are true or accurate from my experience - I invested a lot of good money and time in potions, candles, sprays and books. I was repeating rituals for each one frequently (as per instructions - weekly, monthly and this over the 2yrs I was using them). I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed with all I needed to keep track of (in addition to full time job etc) and although I am very organised. And no results to show for any of it. Or maybe some sort of Placebo effect was supposed to kick in at some point? In my case that didn’t either. Maybe that’s what other positive reviews are describing without even realising... Quite a price to pay if that’s how results are supposed to happen!! Save yourself the pain, and time and keep your money.Best to simply avoid!

Better stick to your own Tarot cards!!!
Avoid the Order of dark arts and the related sub-company 7Witch House at all costs. I tried their products for around 8 months and didn’t notice any results. They can be very pricey too. Anyway - just trust your gut with these other lower ratings and check for yourself what comes up about this business on Reddit.I’ve been interested in the occult for a number of years now and can confirm that you will be better off checking highly rated and dedicated magic/occult practitioners on Etsy. Some of them have hundreds/thousands of reviews and all going in the same direction.Important! I suggest you be VERY cautious if you get the 30min “consultation” with the so-called expert (Ashley) who is behind the Order of dark arts. This individual is NOT a licensed medical practitioner of any kind (try looking her up). Therefore there is zero guarantee that anything you tell her about your health (including mental health) or personal life will remain confidential. She is NOT bound by any confidential obligations which otherwise protect the classic doctor-patient relationship or would generally apply between you and a professional/coach with whom you have a specific 1-1 relationship.Better stick to your own Tarot cards!!!

Looking for disappointment, manipulation and drama in exchange for your money and time? Look no further than The Order of Darks Arts and 7th Witch house
I’ll keep this as brief as possible - other 1-star reviews here go into more detail and that doesn’t need repeating. I was a client for 3 years and part of the Facebook group The Order of Dark Arts. What I can confirm from my experience:Yes, The Order of Dark Arts and 7th Witch house sell and promote demonic magick and tools alleged to have the power to change your life. Yes, you will find a platform in the Order of Dark Arts’ Facebook group to engage in that community of buyers.Yes, if you engage in that group you’ll be pushed to consume more potions, rituals and other items than you knew you ever needed. It will take place over time, and you will feel the pressure (and, probably like many others, so will your bank account).Yes, the leader of this group and owner of 7th Witch house will make posts about how to be more spiritual in your life but in a way that serves and feeds your ego, not your interests. Posts about the virtues of keeping grudges and retaliation (so you buy hexing potions and sink deeper into the us versus them narrative of the group), AI-generated images of luxury items or experiences posted (so you buy all the wealth potions), and again more AI-doctored images and videos of herself showing what beauty (or rather, her idea of that!) could look like - again so you buy more beauty and attraction potions.Make no mistake. You won’t find personal empowerment there or in any of the products. What you will meet is this:- basic sales tactics to get you to keep buying and keep hoping over the next 6-months of use this super exclusive and very expensive ($500+) wealth potion or box set of potions;- no tangible results - in my opinion, the owner and staff of 7Witch house don’t care about your results as much as about how large a spender you are;- and if you enter that Facebook group, it is very likely that your vision of the world and your own progress will become smaller - as your world view narrows to the “reality” of the group, your personal growth and progress will stagnate or worse, tank, weighed down by incessant spending to try to fill a never healing wound.Like others state, do your own due diligence if you intend to buy from this shop or engage in the Facebook group - Reddit is full of testimonies.Ultimately, maybe I did need to “learn” that lesson but it cost me 3 years and much debt. I would rather have spent this investing in practices or books that truly helped. You are absolutely free to believe or not but at least you got fair warning.

Disappointment, Debt and cult pressure
I began my journey with The Order of Dark Arts and related shop 7th Witch House two years ago with modest purchases—soaps and potions in the £20-50 range. What started as genuine spiritual curiosity (to create the best version of myself) gradually transformed into something I didn’t recognize until far too late: an unsustainable cycle of purchasing, mounting debt, and crushing disappointment. The business model relies heavily on creating urgency through “limited drops” and sale events promoted via The Order of Dark Arts Facebook group. “Now or never” became a constant refrain that I internalized completely, encouraging immediate purchases despite growing financial strain. I found myself accumulating crowns and products far beyond what I could reasonably use, always believing—truly believing—that the next item would be “the one” that finally delivered results. Each sale felt like an opportunity I couldn’t afford to miss, even when I genuinely couldn’t afford to participate. After significant investment—far more than I’m comfortable admitting publicly—the tangible results simply don’t justify the expense. What hurts more than the money, honestly, is the time. Maintaining ritual schedules for numerous products consumed my life, leaving little room for actually living. The debt I accumulated stands as the most concrete outcome of this experience, and that’s a bitter pill to swallow.Membership in The Order of Dark Arts Facebook group is effectively essential for full participation—it provides discounts, early access to products, and connection to the community. But here’s what I didn’t expect: this group functions less as a customer community and more as a loyalty structure centered on the shop owner, Ms. Otori. High spenders receive noticeably more attention and favor. Recently, I’ve observed increasingly negative discourse toward former members and heightened pressure to demonstrate loyalty publicly. Members are frequently called upon to defend the business and its leader, and the emotional weight of that expectation became exhausting.I want to note that many positive Trustpilot reviewers are active members of this Facebook group. Their experiences are valid—I’m not suggesting otherwise—but readers should understand these reviews come from individuals operating within a high-pressure environment where public loyalty is expected and often rewarded. My biggest regret? Not researching Reddit discussions about Ms Otori, The Order of Dark Arts or 7WH before making my first purchase. The patterns and concerns raised there would have saved me considerable money, time, and emotional energy. I really wish I had looked two years ago. But better late than never, I suppose. If you’re considering purchasing from 7WH, please start by reading unaffiliated discussions on Reddit and other platforms. Set firm financial boundaries before engaging with sales events, and question the “now or never” urgency messaging. Ask yourself honestly whether joining the Facebook group might create unhealthy purchasing pressure, and whether you can truly afford both the financial and time investment required. And if you’re a current member feeling trapped, overwhelmed by financial stress, struggling to keep up with ritual demands, or feeling uncomfortable with the group dynamics—please know these are valid concerns. There’s no shame in stepping back. Your spiritual practice should enhance your life, not consume it. You’re not alone in feeling this way, and there is a way out.I’m sharing this review hoping others might avoid the same path I took, and that those currently feeling the weight of it all might recognize they don’t have to carry it anymore

Buer Crown of Addiction
Buer Crown of AddictionThe 7th Witch House crowns are conduits, connecting you with the respective Demon and their specific power for specific purposes. I activated this beautiful piece last night and I was so curious! I don't have an addiction but fortifying my mind and willpower and everything around that is something I'm always up to because you can never have too much of that! When this crown touched my head, my whole body reacted! I could feel its energy settle down into my system! After the ritual, I set the crown down, the feeling stayed. I could feel it working right in my brain. I can feel the difference today. Work I had to do went even more smoothly, choices are quicker, there is a certain liberation of thoughts! I think that breaking addiction is just the start of all the amazing things this crown does!

This is seriously magick that works and everyone who says it doesnt probably has no idea about magick or how to manifest cause the results I had with the the invocations and potions are documented. I work with the potions also on other people who are just amazed by the results. Ashley DEEPLY cares for her costumers. Her consults are mostly longer. You always get more than just the time you payed for. The haters who talk shi..about the7WH are usually jealous and spread lies. Ashley deeply cares about her costumers and the group is a group of support ❤️ (on fb)Im in the group and a loyal costumer for over a year now. You will be absolutely safe there. Everything haters spread came out to be lies

I have been a part of this group for a long time, as a student, friend, and client. I have never had or will have anything bad to say about the group or Ashley herself. This magick is nothing like anything I’ve ever practiced or had results from. It’s powerful, fast, and the real thing. The teachings are by far the most resonating things I have read. The products themselves, should be priced higher. Reason I say this is because not many realize the time, effort, and energy Ashley pours into it to make life so much better for us. Now let me speak on Ashley herself. Throughout my years of being in the group, I have never met anyone as genuine, giving, and loving as her. She goes above and beyond for her people. She literally will do anything for anyone. It has been a huge honor being there and getting to know her.

Please do your research on this…
Please do your research on this business. I was in TOODA group for roughly 3 and a half years....during this time I spent thousands of dollars on potions from vanity pact to Tyche electric current, these are potions that cost over $1000 on its own, I never saw any results even subtle in that time. The truth is there just pretty smelling oils there's no magic abilities to them. Ashley just doesn't have the skills that's needed to bind or charge these items. Most of her items you can find on Temu or Aliexpress, the owner has even claimed these huge sites have stolen her crown and jewellery designs lol....it's just lie after lie. Ashley could of told the truth and explained she sources these objects then binds them but no she lies about creating these items herself. Why haven't you sued then Ashley? Being as money hungry as what you are, because it's all LIESHer name, image, lifestyle all liesShe uses AI to heavily and I mean heavily alter her image, she ìs not married and they all live together in a group home, please don't just take my word for it do your research go into Reddit and read the many years of reviews from former members. It's not about ruining Ashley it's about coming clean and just stop lying there's just no need for it, you actually could of made this successful if you didn't lie about EVERYTHING!!Do you really want to be apart of a apparent Luciferian group where individuality, questions get shut down, you are not allowed to question her, her minions refer to her as professor (which she is not!!) She is currently being reported for claiming to be a doctor of psychology, or they refer to her as Queen. Yes that's right, Queen 🤣Please do your own checks in this person sooner or later you will start to see her for what she is;A Fraud
Michelle Reid
Stay away she's a complete fraud
Ashley is incapable of telling the truth, her image, lifestyle all lies. Her potions do not work, during the time I was in TOODA group I never saw anyone post about results all the posts were based on how beautiful the potion looks or smells but never any evidence of her potions doing what she claims they do. She'll have a lot to answer to one day the way she has dragged Lucifer’s name and his demons through the mud, even fabricating a story of Eve who is now the seventh lmao 🤣 People are starting to wake up and it's falling like a house of cards, I'll keep speaking my truth until it all crumbles and she's left with nothing

Dangerous rituals Pls avoid
I just want to share my experience here on Trustpilot. No positive results ever happened with the Order of Dark Arts, but around 1k was wasted. Even if she made up the rituals in her books or took them from a magickal TV show, there is still real danger in them, and here’s why.During the months of battling the spiritual attack launched by a former neighbor late last year into this year, I felt strongly led to look into why I suddenly developed mysterious cardiomyopathy in 2022 and the true reason it began. In 2022, everything was fine. I took good care of my health and had no issues. But I became intrigued by the Order of Dark Arts and started ordering their demonic books, oils, an Ouija board, and other items in June 2022. My goals were wealth and more beauty. Once I received everything, I made a huge mistake: I put my blood on the sigils, just as she instructed...starting with the introduction ritual and continuing down the line. Without realizing it, I was trading my health for wealth, and here’s why.A month later, I developed mysterious cardiomyopathy. After all the heart exams...MRIs, echocardiograms, and other tests...my primary doctor and cardiologist were perplexed. They had no explanation for why my ejection fraction suddenly dropped to 30% OUT OF NOWHERE. From 2022 to 2024, even on medication, everyday life was a struggle. My heart rate would jump to 120–130 while on three strong medications, and I suffered serious palpitations. They tried switching the medications, but nothing changed. No professional could explain what was happening. When the demonic death-curse attack hit me, only God upheld my health. He removed that mysterious heart issue that I had opened the door to through those dangerous rituals. Honestly, I should have been dead a long time ago, considering how extreme the attacks on my heart and health were. But once I returned to God and Jesus, I was able to get off all medication and I haven’t had a single palpitation since.Stay far away from the Order of Dark Arts.

Years of Broken Promises and Financial Exploitation - Stay Away from this Cult
After five years as a customer and spending thousands of pounds, I feel compelled to warn others about this business’s dishonest practices.Undelivered Products & Services: • Consultations booked but never honored • Incomplete course deliveries (Diabolico, Seduction, Oracle courses) • Books never fully delivered (Book of Choronzon) • “Custom” items (‘exclusive’ potion oils not available in store but only through private messaging with the owner’s 7th Witch House team) paid for but never shipped, never refunded with no explanation or update despite chasers. The Real Cost:What started as hopeful purchases for wealth, healing, and personal growth became a cycle of dependency. I found myself spending large sums monthly, always told the “next” product would finally work. Spoiler: none did. Before You Purchase:Please visit Reddit and search for this business name. You’ll find years of testimonials from others who experienced the same pattern of exploitation. The evidence speaks volumes. Also remember that as a consumer you may be able to challenge payments made via PayPal (within 180 days) where you never got your products - do check PayPal’s policies. The Facebook Group Dynamic:The Order Of Dark Arts Facebook group operates as a cult of personality around the owner. Criticism is forbidden, questioning is shut down, and members face pressure to continuously purchase overpriced items (often sourced from Alibaba at markup - please do an image search with e.g the Lucifer Pact Kit). Those who dare request refunds or raise concerns report being expelled from the Facebook group, while the fear of curses is an overall atmosphere inside the group —a manipulation tactic preying on vulnerable people’s beliefs.About “Positive” Reviews:Many positive reviews come from current group members who’ve been pressured to post them. As a former insider, I witnessed this firsthand. My Advice:Save yourself years of pain, financial loss, and psychological manipulation. I wish I’d found these warnings earlier. Better late than never to break free.Step well clear.

Approach With Caution
I purchased both products and a couple of consultations from the Order of Dark Arts. The founder claims she’s “built different” and can see what other psychics can’t, yet she sells products that supposedly enhance psychic abilities — which feels ironic.During my consultation, I could hear her chewing while I’m trying to ask important questions, but instead of answering, she responded with a question. She also gave me a prediction that did not come true. I tried to follow up, but I received no response. I didn’t get the answers I was looking for but happily thanked her anyway as the owner does NOT do well with criticism or accountability. And no refunds. The products are marketed as LIMITED, so there are many times I’ve rushed to purchase one, just for her to restock it very soon after…Also the products are marketed as TRANSFORMATIVE when Ive gotten very little to no results. And it’s always my fault for the products not working, per the owner/mods words. I can understand maybe one or two not working for towards my advantage but I bought products that she recommended during a consultation and they still didn’t work…Some products such as weight loss and beauty products, I bought due to the owner claims of personal transformation. Well, fake news - owners used AI and owner heavily filtered her photos— very misleading. I received no results. If you’re looking for clear, honest products and accurate claims, and a honest mature accountable owner, I would approach this store with caution.

Classic Cult and Dropshipping Scam!!!
The Order of Dark Arts and 7th Witch House are sales funnels for overpriced dropshipping products. They made customers pay full price for courses they never finished and for books they still never released. You can always get a refund no matter what they say, if you file a complaint with Paypal. The products are of low quality. There is no proof they magically work since I have been in their group for over 7 years now, and the other customers are still distressed, complain of being drained and tired, sick, and are in debt to buy these products and courses. You don't need any tools to work with demonic and Luciferian magick!!!!!!The influx of positive reviews are clearly by their own group moderators who they force to work for free by moderating the group all day and posting fake product reviews. The other reviews are by their members who wish to become mods someday and waste their time and money. You should read the exposing reviews on sites like reddit and facebook. You will wake up someday too.

***I’ve made an edit to clarify that the Order of Dark Arts has a Facebook group. My personal experiences are from being apart of the group and being a customer . Being a part of the Facebook group and being a customer are interchangeable.I felt compelled to share my experience with the Order of Dark Arts so others can avoid the same pitfalls I walked into.At first, I was genuinely interested in exploring Luciferianism and deepening my spiritual path. But the deeper I went, the more it became clear this organization functions less like a spiritual community and more like a tightly controlled cult. The biggest red flag was how little individuality was allowed — ironic for a path that’s supposed to be personal and self-directed.What I Experienced:• Manipulative Tactics:You’re love-bombed at first, then slowly pressured into falling in line. Doubts or questions aren’t treated as part of growth — they’re treated like betrayal.• Forced Loyalty to One Person:You MUST be loyal to Ashley Otori, the founder. Not your own spiritual intuition, not your personal growth — her. Everything revolves around her ideas, her products, her authority. The group culture makes it clear: disagreeing with her is “wrong,” and independence is quietly punished. And if you leave the group, you will be ridiculed. She makes it so you have to depend on her and her products, what kind of spiritual family is that? • Exclusivity & Silencing:Dissenting voices get ridiculed, blocked, or pushed out. The “community” only welcomes people who agree with everything and never challenge anything. Any issues I had with my products, I kept to myself because I’ve seen what happened when a newcomer asked why this didn’t work.• Financial Exploitation:There’s constant pressure to buy more products, services, or upgrades — many of which are overpriced and low-quality. A lot of us ended up spending way more money than we should have for things that offered no real value. She advertises that she personally works with a jeweler and make her own soaps—this have been wrong, as majority of her products can be found on Alibaba or other dropshipping websites. My invocation necklace tarnished; the evocation necklace, which is suppose to last a lifetime, has lost his engraving. • Emotional Distress:Instead of empowerment, the environment created isolation, anxiety, and self-doubt. It takes a toll, mentally and emotionally. I was afraid to ask genuine questions about her products because her mods and members were quick to jump you. But if you behave to AO standards then you’ve be love bombed.I even remember the Etsy days — any negative review (including mine) disappeared instantly. Of course everything looks “five-star” when criticism is deleted on sight. That was my early warning sign that transparency wasn’t part of the business model.Bottom line:The Order of Dark Arts sells empowerment, but delivers manipulation, pressure to obey one leader, financial drain, and a culture where questioning is forbidden. I’m sharing this so others trust their instincts sooner than I did.

Best decision ever
It was and continues to be the best experience ever. And I know it will stay this way. 7th witch house is the absolute real deal. You need look no further. Ashley Otori is the absolute best, caring, helpful, and loyal human being ever. The amount of care she gives, the help, the dedication to people, her work, her family-- I have never seen anything like this. I continue to be in awe. I always absolutely 100% trust her advice.
