Just a nightmare.I ordered a Flexifil Universal Diverter system.After 10 days I started to be worried and contacted the seller, who told me that "my credit card did not go thru". I had to send my paypal transaction receipt as well as my bank account debit proof.So I finally got my order but the hose was missing. Since it is a special part manufactured to fit the diverter system I don't know where I am going to find a compatible hose.I am fed up with these companies that are not able to ship a simple kit in a plastic bag.Since that buy was due to overseas forwarding, even if this seller was willing to send me the missing part it will still cost me another 15 US$ shipping charge
