So super disappointed with this…
So super disappointed with this overrated place. Mai Thai closedPaid slot of money to come here only managed 3 rides. Over an hour queue for each ride. 40 minutes wait for drinks and terrible food. The kids were upset. No monitoring of fast track at all. The Koi Karp river right had a film of paint above the fish from the spraying of paint on the Mai Thai. Can’t be good for the fish or children walking around breathing it in. It was absolutely mobbed. Awful. Sorry don’t like leaving bad reviews but had to let everyone know what it can be like

Great experience, very little queues
The experience was nothing like some of the horror stories that have been posted. We were 5 guys of various sizes and ages, we arrived at the park on a mid week day so as to avoid the local public, we purchased tickets at the Kiosk outside in the car park. We were inside the park and getting changed within minutes. Downside was they only had size 4 and size 12 adult water shoes which I found frustrating as all the comon sizes across a water park had no adult shoes? That was the only negative point, we managed to go on every single ride with the longest waiting time being 20 minutes as this was the Tower of Power where only one person can ride at a time so its epected. Other rides we managed to go on twice and queues ranged from 30sec to 5 minutes in general. The staff are really friendly, one of our group accidently let their float go and couldnt ride, so the attendant told him go grab another and come through fast track. Some of the walking areas are very rough if you are walking around barefeet and ccan be painful. One thing to note. On the Tower of Power do not take anything loose, no phones on lanyards, no slipper as they will make you leave them at the top and then after riding go back through the queus to collect them!!It wasnt overly busy, but wasnt empty. We were lucky that we didnt know when the wave pool was going to close and we managed to catch the last wave towards the end of our day.

Read reviews before you book
Long story short, the visit is expensive, but don't expect anything superb. The park itself is very clean and well organised, all the public areas are looked after. I went in with 3 kids, ages 8,10 and 16. At the entrance, when I asked, do we need fast passes, the answer was "No". After being in for about an hour and having to queue for 2 rides for 30+ minutes each, decision was made to purchase priority passes. And here comes the best part, went to the nearest locker, all fast passes gone, got told that other lockers room still has some. Surprise, but there was none as well, got directed to a third locker room, just to find out they all gone... Guess what, there's a fourth locker room, and they will definitely have some there for you, I was told... And, what do you think?! None!!! If you've been there, you know, that distance I walked like a moron is ridiculous, spending around 45 minutes. So ended up spending 7,5 hrs in total inside the park, just to have one spin on each of the rides. Can I recommend, probably yes... Is it worth the money, definitely not. Smaller kids will have a hard time spending all day in these quess. If you ask me, they are trying to get as much money as they can from tourists, not carrying at all about the quality of their actuall stay. Expect no less than 30 minutes for each spin, that would even be considered fast.

Embarrassing and humiliating
For the bigger lady’s.. I am not an over weight lady, but I was asked in the middle of the line to follow the life guard and weigh myself in front of EVERYONE least to say it was embarrassing!!! There were bigger ladies than me and they were getting on the slides with no issue.. horrid experience never again will I let them do this to me in a public place!!! We left with no refund but replacement tickets.. but a loss of dignity and confidence as a women 😔

Fantastic Day at Siam Park!
Siam Park was incredible! The rides were thrilling, the park was clean and well-maintained, and we didn’t have to wait long for any attractions. There was plenty to do for all ages, and the atmosphere was fun and exciting. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Tenerife!

Siam Park disaster day
Wife decided not to accompany us three due to reviews online ( how right she was ). After an hour in a queue for a locker , off we went. An hour queue for each of the four rides we ended up on for the day , I can only liken this place to , imagine paying for you and two mates into the best nightclub in Europe and whilst in there you find that you can’t get to the bar and you can’t get to the dance floor but you do get to see the Dj you all paid €43 at the door for. Now you all have ear muffs on your head, so if you want to hear the Dj’s music , it’s an extra twenty odd euro to remove the muffs !! . Now the club is only designed to work comfortably with 600 people inside but the greedy club owner jams in 1400 people for maximum profit and couldn’t care less about enjoyment factor for clientele . That’s exactly how I’d sum this place up , it might be the best slides and the park looks good but it’s totally dysfunctional and next year while we are in Tenerife , I would honestly not return if I was given free tickets. A complete waste of a good day . If you read the reviews and still want to take the children , fast passes are essential , which can be an expensive day . Went in late April

Far too busy with long queues
This is the best water park in Tenerife if you are going when no one else is, and if you have a tour guide with you. It is not the best water park to go to if you actually want to experience more than 2 or 3 rides, actually want to spend less time walking around lost and looking at maps and more time enjoying the rides. The queues are horrendous and not sure how we spent almost £200 to get in (5 people) and then expected to spend another £125 for fast passes to avoid the queues. Accepted that the rides are good if you can wait to get on them but there is a difference between having the best rides and being the best park. We spent most of the day queuing and only managed 5 rides in total between us. I would not recommend this place, particularly with children age 5-12 as they will get bored. We went on a Sunday at the end of summer. Perhaps this was a bad choice of day.
