It was very easy to order my waterless toilet. I had no issues. It came in the timeframe that I was expecting. I purchased it for a vintage camper that had no bathroom. It was so easy to just put it in and start using it. I did later buy the base to make it more stable when traveling. As stated there is absolutely no odor from this toilet. It is so easy to work and now I do not have to stop at dump stations! I’m very happy with my purchase.

Your customer service is wonderful, product is exactly what I wanted. The only downside to this system is the cost of the cartridges and how few flushes you really do get from each.

I just installed my think tank today. It arrived promptly, considering that it came from the other side of the continent and had to cross a border. I'm impressed with the quality. Installation instructions were complete and easy to follow. I suggest that you read the instructions from beginning to end before you start. Don't try to read them step by step.

Terrible customer service. Requested info on a product and I get a copy and paste answer multiple times. Description of products are misleading. Requested a refund and the person stops responding after sending messages back and forth. Stay away.

Parts have all been defective! I've been waiting 3 weeks for a response from this company...call 10 times a day and send at least 2 emails every day but nothing. Seems like they are looking to push me past 30 days so I can't get my $1300.00 back for the defective Laveo toilet. Trying to support a fellow veteran (if that's even true) over Amazon was a BAD choice. Avoid this company.
I’m very happy that I decided to make my purchase with Tiny Home Equipment. They were very quick to verify my order to make sure it was correct and were very easy to deal with. My order was shipped and delivered promptly as promised. Keeping up the good work.
Order went smoothly and received order in a timely manner. However, part of the order was missing upon receipt and getting the missing part of the order required multiple contacts with customer service. Not sure if it was retailer issue or distributor, but it delayed our project nonetheless. The owner did contact us and got things squared away and apologized.
