In Jan 2025 This company charged me to register 2 trademarks. I just tried (March 24, 2024) emailing the guy I spoke with for the set up and the email bounced back. I called the 2 numbers in his email, neither work. I then checked USPTO and neither of my TMs are showing up. I then called thebphone number on my credit card statement and that also doesn't work (a fast busy signal). Then called their main phone # (from rheir website) and the guy who answered, answered as if it was a home phone. After talking with the guy who answered at this 4th number I was told no one with the name of the guy who originally helped me works there. I was forced to call my CC company and thankfully they're reversing the charges. The next day I get a call from the company asking me to give them 24 hrs and they would now make sure my TMs were registered. No thanks, I'll submit the registrations myself. I don't understand the value of a TM registration company who, in 2 months, never submitted my TM applications.
