The third time I’ve requested help regarding a Villa I booked with this company in February , the host Anja Burkhard cancelled my booking twice and has refused to refund my deposit, the Villa is still on your site , Villa Cleo , Ibiza, Spain , acc.no 383101 , reg no. ET-0338- E, this host has scammed me out of 1,965 euros, I have emails and messages from you with the cancellation from the host , who is not responding to any correspondence, this host has also been removed from Vrbo , can you please investigate this host and try to recover my deposit, I have reported this to Action Fraud .
