I am writing this review to express my profound gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Vacation Ownership Advocates & Consultants (VOAC). Before finding them, I was in a dire financial situation due to a Club Wyndham timeshare I purchased in April 2024. The combination of the mortgage, monthly maintenance fees, and credit card debt was overwhelming, forcing me to work every available hour of overtime just to make ends meet.I was contacted by a representative from VOAC in August 2025. They were professional and clearly explained the process they would undertake to help me. After paying an initial percentage of my timeshare debt, I was assigned a dedicated representative who guided me every step of the way.Following their expert advice, I stopped all payments to Club Wyndham in September 2025. While this period was challenging—my credit score was affected and the collection calls were relentless—my representative at VOAC provided constant support and reassurance. I blocked the calls and put my full trust in their process.By the end of February 2026, I was officially free from my timeshare obligations. Incredibly, I also received a full refund of all the payments I had made. The commission I paid to VOAC upon resolution was a small price to pay for my financial freedom and peace of mind.I could not be happier with the outcome and the professionalism of the entire team at Vacation Ownership Advocates & Consultants. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who feels trapped and burdened by a timeshare. They delivered on their promise and truly changed my life.

Getting out of the Wyndham trap
Our first contact with VOAC was in late September of 2024. From the start of the process, each of the VOAC personnel we dealt with was open, honest, professional and courteous. The representative exhibited an understanding of our situation, was empathetic, and was always very patient in answering our questions. They also attended all calls between ourselves and Wyndham, were very punctual, and always followed up with us to explain the outcome and next steps.At the end of January 2025, we were told by Wyndham that our case had no merit and was being dismissed - this did not create any concern on the part of our representative, she just explained what we would do next.Following the guidance of our rep. the process came to a positive conclusion at the beginning of March 2025, culminating in the cancellation of our contract of $35,000. There was a small residual balance that we were responsible for, but VAOC kindly offered to split that cost of $3,700, leaving us only $1,850 to pay. Relief!!

Each member of the VOAC team we worked with was very professional, punctual, responsive, and respectful of our situation and needs. They gave us step-by-step instructions for each phase of our process with Wyndham. They were very intentional about working towards a solution that would be in our best interests in the least amount of time and we greatly appreciate that. They got us released from our entire debt, which was $120,000! Hallelujah! Thank you, Team VOAC!!!
