I ordered a leg press, lying leg curls and Smith Machine. The quality is fantastic. I've trained in many gyms and these three machines are by far the best I've ever used. Even down to the hand positioning on the leg press. Would never by from anybody else.
Great service and amazing product, the team turned up this morning with my equipment and assembled it with no hassle at all despite my gym being on the 1st floor of my house.I would definitely recommend Watson to people.
The bench cage is truly superb. 1 piece meant no assembly. It's rock solid strong and will outlast me. The padding is spot on and the safety straps do exactly what you need them to.I went for red steel powder coating and a black bench. Lucas was great at taking my order and keeping me up to date with the build and dispatch. Even the courier was great. I can't recommend this cage or company enough.
The customer service is the best, so far I have bought a rack of 12 sets of dumbbells, a cable machine, calf raise and nearly every attachment for the cable machine.It was over all different purchases and never once did I have any issues. Watson bent over backwards to make everything ran smoothly. Even stored equipment until I could take shipment to Ireland. I will be using them again in the near future. They can't be blamed for expense due to customs and even at that they try to play ball to do what they can to keep the cost to a minimum. Any staff I have dealt with so far have been brilliant.
Perfect after sales service from Watston gym equipment. Needed a part mended and couldn't ask for any better customer service. Anthony Wallace ensured that I was kept fully up to date with the progress of the repair and informed me step by step from collection of the product to re-delivery. Quick, efficient and painless exactly how things should be.
I have made several orders over the past few months and keep going back. Considerably well-built, industrial looking (i.e. welds aren't super clean), and all exceptionally functional, means I can't settle for anything else now.Service is great - even if for one recent order was stuck in their system and I had to chase, but they sorted it for me ASAP and the gear was in my hands within 48-hours.Delivery is good - Fast, with tracking. More wrapping that you can wrap yourself in, but means the gear turns up in great shape.Prices - Annoying that the site shows everything exc. VAT, and the prices are high, but I believe there's a good reflection of value in the product and outcome from using them.Overall, I'll be going back to Watson for more.
