I had a mixed experience
I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the customer service was excellent—setting up and changing my appointment was a breeze—and the cleaning crew themselves did a great job. However, I’m giving three stars because my outdoor freezer and fridge were left unplugged after being moved for cleaning. Unfortunately, I had to throw away all of the food as everything had defrosted. Aside from that one major oversight, it was a great experience.

They never showed up, rescheduled twice, then canceled. Absolute joke of a company and I better get my refund or else I'm reporting fraud to my credit card company.

Not dependable
I was excited when I found someone to help me surprise a realitive for their birthday. Owner kept canceling and rescheduling booking. I finally requested for deposit to be return? Here I am, a month later and still have not received my money nor the services.

Great Experience: The couple that came to clean my garage…
The couple that came to clean my garage were wonderful!! They were organized and very nice. My garage has never looked better! Because it is so organized I hardly know where anything is😄. I’m not used to organized. Thank you so much and I will tell people about you.

Great Experience
I hired this company to clean and organize my garage. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. I was completely educated about the process and I received timely updates the entire time. The 2 person team arrived on time, were very professional, and thoroughly cleaned and organized my entire garage. They set items aside that I no longer wanted and put the rest of the items back in such an organized way that I would've never thought to do. Everything was so neat and clean, including the garage shelves. This was money well spent and I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.

Wildly overpriced and unfortunately disappointing
Did not get what I was expecting at all. I am used to being a very satisfied customer, in life in general, and I do understand that sometimes things aren’t perfect. But I paid over $414 for 3 hours of work. Garage was still visibly dirty. I’ve spent the last few weekends cleaning it myself. The whole reason I hired out was to save time for other projects. I tried to meet the guy half way with a 50% refund - which is much more gracious than some would be. In communicating with the “manager”, I’ve yet to hear back. Wildly overpriced, super disappointing. Additionally, the workers didn’t haul their own debris - cleaning materials were left in my recycling bin, including things I did not want thrown away. All sorts of things were reorganized when I specifically asked for cleaning only. Nice people…bummer project.

I had such a great experience with this company! They came to organize my garage and did an amazing job from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. My garage has never looked this good—everything is neat, easy to find, and so much more functional. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get organized!

Amazing experience!
We had an amazing experience with WeCleanGarages.com! Our detached 3-car garage, which we use as a shed and general storage space, had become filthy and completely disorganized —years of dirt and clutter from life on the farm had really taken its toll. The team came in and did an incredible job transforming the space. They were professional, thorough, and efficient. I’m genuinely so grateful for this service—it lifted such a weight off my shoulders and resolved something that had been bothering me for so long. Highly recommend!

No contact in a month
No contact in a month. I requested for services on the 1st and no one has reached out to schedule an appointment. I'm glad I haven't paid any money up front or I'd have to contact my bank for a reversal. I'll be changing my review once this gets resolved. Until then, I wouldn't trust this company for anything.

Unresponsive
I tried booking an appointment. Someone emailed me saying I couldn't book one for a month out because they were so busy, which is no problem. I then booked another appointment for a month out, and someone emailed me again saying it would actually be even pushed out further. Again, which is understandable. If you're busy, that's great. I then emailed again with more dates, and have emailed every 2 or 3 days, with zero response on actually booking my appointment. I found someone on TaskRabbit to come to my house this Saturday to just help me get it done. Sad, because I used them a few years back, and it was a great experience, but maybe this isn't a real business anymore?

This business is a scam
This business is a scam, please do not fall for it.They will take your money upfront, keep postponing and then will never show up.Ultimately, we were told we will get a refund but we never got it and had to fight with our bank over it.Also, after all of the above this business had the audacity to reach out and ask us for a review, so here it is otherwise I had no intent of wasting any more of my time with this business.

I find it real funny how I received and email asking how was the service that I have never received nor received a refund for 🙄. yall robbed me out of damn near $800 and didn’t have the decency to even resolved it. So fortunately, I would never recommend this company to anyone and social media would be aware as well. Sadly I was willing to work with this company but they kept BSn me and canceling my appointment. And finally Solomon reached out to me directly saying I would get a refund and a refund was NEVER RECEIVED and the emailed me some phony refund receipt that did not hold up with my bank. Do not USE I REPEAT DO NOT USE!!!

Had a great experience. Solomon was very cooperative in setting up the schedule. Naeem & Meshelle arrived and did way over and above what was expected. Absolute fabulous job. Great people and great job. I consider them friends after this experience and will be hiring them in the future. You should too! Dan
