I'm vetting a company accredited by this accreditation, and I kept trying to download their "standards". Finally just having to create an account. Then, try to access these "standards". There aren't any I could successfully find. You just pay a good amount of money for this unrecognized "accreditation". I've received my answer for them both.
We are reporting them to CMS ! Falsely advertising as "the best and fastest for survey". Just like the other review they are well past their survey time and also took all of our money for their fees. As people are trying to run good businesses and take care of their patients ACHC makes it difficult to do so, as their time frames for completing tasks is inexcusably late. I would recommend using ANYBODY BUT ACHC !
We went with this company for hospice accreditation and they stated that they were the quickest in survey. We have been waiting WELL PAST any other accreditation body's promise date for survey. They just say what you want to hear say they are the best and show up in the time given, but this I can say first hand is not true! We call our account representative, leave messages, and to no return call. Please beware ! I have been accredited through other organizations and they were never this unprofessional.
