SHARKS! WARNING!!
SHARKS!Overly aggressive accounts department issued court action less than 28 days of invoice.Charged for works and parts that were never pre agreed. Took advantage of us not having agreed to hike up the price.The took aggressive action to chase payment.Ignorant lady answers the phones who is both rude and patronising apparently the daughter - needs customer service training!When challenged to provide ANY evidence of a recorded call or email where the costs were discussed let alone agreed they backed down and said it was an error!Now we're left responding to the courts wasting court time and dealing with an abuse of process.Certainly not what I would expect from a small family run business.Would normally look to actively support. However...Will not use again and will not be recommending!

Above and beyond customer service
The staff at BEW electrical always go above and beyond to help. I’ve called at 5.30pm before in an emergency situation, and Stephen has personally driven the goods over to the couriers to ensure the parts arrived in time for me. Always positive and nice to do business with. Good range of products in stock and competitive prices too.

Brilliant service!!!!!!I contacted ALL of the electrical suppliers in the Cambridge area in search of the product I needed - they ALL failed miserably except for BEW who found the product and delivered it at the right price. I will be using them again in the future as my go-to supplier. A special thank you to Dan Springett at BEW for his efficiency and help!

Highly recommend BEW Electrical…
I cannot recommend BEW Electrical highly enough - placed three separate orders at their Ilford branch over the phone and each time I was welcomed with the utmost courtesy, great knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. They answered all my questions in a detailed manner each time and delivered the items I required the next day. Their stock levels were great and I never had to wait for something to come back into stock. I really liked the fact that they employ lady drivers as well as men - equal opportunities! I will only use BEW from now on for all my electrical requirements. Great company, great staff, great service. Thank you.

Going the Extra Mile
Going the Extra Mile - Highly Recommended - These guys are great!! We had a problem which was not of their making but BEW Electrical really put themselves out to help. They spent their time calling around and helping us resolve an issue which saved us a huge hassle and cost. They did all of this for no money, no benefit when others wouldn't be bothered. TOP blokes, can't thank you enough!!!!
