Would give 0 stars if possible, paid for 4 tickets for Ub40. Rescheduled due to covid twice. No further contact since. Now past the refund dates for Visa and Paypal! Robbing ba**ards!

Robbing ba***rds. I paid for 4 tickets to see Mc Fly, i was taking 3 young girls for their first gig. The first one was cancelled due to covid. They didn't inform me of the next one which we could have gone to, they didn't answer any emails and now I find they have basically stolen my £260 and left me with no answers and three very upset children.

Wouldn't give easy ticketing any stars. An absolute disgrace. Like everyone else on here, paid for tickets to a show which got cancelled twice due to Covid. Found out today through my own research that the company has gone bust. No communication from them at all about this and I very much doubt I'll see that money again-Disgusting.

Just to let you know that I contacted watch dog about my tickets that were meant to be for Craig David, and at first PayPal said no , but after watch dog contacted them they gave me a refund so don’t give up as I never thought I would get it refunded.

I had previously written a review like others this is just an update PayPal since reopened my claim asked for additional information. I have received an email today to say the case has been closed in my favour. So it looks like I am getting a refund which is such a relief

Comedy in the park refund scam
Purchased comedy in the park tickets on 31/07/2020. It was cancelled multiple times. Finally received chargeback refund email on 08/02/22 from easyticketing which is over 540 days from my purchase date so I'm not entitled to a refund from my bank. Absolute scam.

This issue was featured on The One Show yesterday evening- I too tried to recover a refund via PayPal and also sent my bank a dm still awaiting reply on that, however PayPal are supposedly lifting the 180 days as theses scammers know exactly how to con people

For anyone struggling with getting a refund, PayPal are aware of the issue and are raising a dispute. Each person needs to raise a dispute with PayPal which will automatically reject due to time frame but PayPal will be looking into this, it just may take some time.

You have to laugh
You have to laugh! Took a small claims against them over UB40 concert at Wicksteed. Got judgement for £195 on 19th January they then 'cease' trading.Any further action is unlikely to suceed without even more expense cost £60 to take them to trial. The cost of principles!Anyone want tickets to their 80's concert??

Would prefer to give no stars. Fraudsters, sharks, scammers and the banks and PayPal are just as bad. They have so many company names and clearly use money from one scam to wind up company and start again. They have scammed money for concerts and events, eg Comedy in the Park. They know when they advertise that they will ‘defer’ a year for one excuse or another then, as it gets nearer, cease trading and no refunds under any circumstances. Banks and PayPal are as bad refusing to raise disputes but some banks are refunding. Action Fraud are very interested in this matter. We are down £600 for 2 events. Cannot find a company phone number. But companies house says they are still a trading company. The registered company address is their home address by the look of it - 17 Victoria rd, Nuneaton, CV10 OLS

Disgraceful
I've had a go at getting my money back through Trading Standards.Seeing all these comments I'm pretty sure I won't be seeing any of my money back no matter what method I go through.PayPal should really do something even though the 180 days has passed as they've got away with everyone's money because they 'rescheduled cause of COVID'What a disgrace gutted for everyone who purchased a ticket.

Fraud and scam
If ther was zero I would have used that. Same problem as everyone else, bought 2 tickets for Powderham castle, paid £148.50 and can't get a refund. What a big scam. I feel reluctant to buy tickets again from any company for any other shows in case this happens again.
