I was a little nervous at first but my confidence grew as the mortgage payments have been made since September of 2024. I was literally between a rock and a hard place, wondering what to do. Lost my income and could no longer make payments, and since I could not sell the property because of no equity at the time (upside down) do I walk away and voluntarily foreclose or let Fresh Start Mortgage Relief do what they say they do. I apparently made the right choice. No foreclosure on my record and my credit is recovering nicely! Thanks again Fresh Start Mortgage Relief! I did not even know you guys existed. Thank God.
