We wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn…

We wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn Eindhoven airport. It was overbooked so we had to go to another hotel. We pre paid so they still deducted the amount of our credit card and refuse to provide a refund. Stay away from this hotel as it is acting fraudulent! They were also very unfriendly when they informed us that they were overbooked!

I had a terrible experience with this timeshare company and would strongly recommend staying away.Since purchasing the timeshare, everything has been stressful and frustrating. The maintenance fees kept increasing, booking vacations was extremely difficult, and many of the benefits that were originally promised either changed or were not available when we tried to use them. Customer service was also very disappointing — getting clear answers or real help felt nearly impossible.What was supposed to be a fun way to travel turned into a financial burden and constant headache. I regret purchasing and would never recommend this program to anyone.Save yourself the stress and avoid this timeshare company.

I had a booking at Premier Inn and paid…

I had a booking at Premier Inn and paid the highest rate just to ensure that I could cancel if needed. However, I found out that cancellation was not allowed. When I called customer service, I was connected with someone in India, and it was difficult to understand her accent. She was also quite rude and impolite. I was informed that I should have cancelled by 1 p.m., which is two hours before the 3 p.m. check-in. I attempted to cancel at 2:10 p.m., but the system wouldn't allow it. After that, I called customer service for assistance, but they were not helpful at all. The representative even suggested a different rate, a standard one, instead of helping me book the same rate I had already paid. This would have resulted in a loss of money on my part. In the end, we lost £100, but Premier Inn lost a customer forever.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing .Lots of choices and very friendly staff.

Not worthy of review title

The holiday inn London Kensington is a great location. That is it. The rooms are no more than a large closet. You cannot move around the bed or access the closet because the bed blocks opening it. The lavatory is the worst I have ever seen at a hotel much less a motel. It provides a sink so small you can’t brush your teeth without making a mess and a tub that takes up half of the already tiny space. It is entirely poor design. The gym is really for a hotel of this level but closes to early. The instant coffee and limited television options really top off the total experience.

Just stayed at holiday in express Hemel Hampstead. Helen went above and beyond. Used to be a default premier in stayer but switching now. All staff so lovely, 10/10

Dear Customer Relations Team,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my stay at Holiday Inn Watford Junction, Feb 12–13, 2026), for which I paid £278.00.I arrived at the hotel after 9:00 PM following a stressful, delayed flight. After such an exhausting journey, I expected a clean and safe place to rest. Instead, I was appalled to find the room in a disgusting and unsanitary state. It is unacceptable that after the travel issues I had already faced, I was forced to deal with conditions that are a direct threat to health and safety.As shown in the attached photographic evidence:• Health Hazard (Kettle): The kettle provided is covered in thick limescale and visible dark mould/debris inside.• Unhygienic Bedding: The bed sheets and pillows were stained and had visible hairs on them.• Fire & Safety Risk: The hair dryer is dangerously clogged with a thick layer of dust and grime.• General Filth: The bathroom was poorly maintained, featuring a rusted sanitary bin, mould in the shower area, and grimy soap dispensers.This package, which included tickets for two adults to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, was meant to be a special trip. Instead, the hotel experience has been traumatic and completely ruined our stay. This is a clear failure to meet the "stress-free" standards you advertise.Due to the severe breach of contract regarding basic hygiene and safety standards, I am demanding a full refund for this booking.I expect a response within 7 days. If this is not resolved, I will escalate this matter to the relevant health authorities and the travel ombudsman.

We stayed the day before Thanksgiving…

We stayed the day before Thanksgiving 2025 at Holiday Inn at 12030 Grant st Thorton Colorado. I told the girl at the desk I had a medical service dog and could show her the Federal government service dog paperwork, she said it was fine. I checked my bank statement she had illegally charged me $50.00 , I talked to Jennifer the manager she told me No refund. I am filing a complaint with DOJ because it is against the law to charge for a Medical service dog.

Cold, Smelly Room

We recently stayed in a family room (329) in Holiday Inn Watford Junction for 2 nights and thank God it wasn't for any longer or I would have asked to be moved. The room was freezing - no central heating, just air conditioning to heat up the room which took ages to heat up and didn't last long once turned off. A seal on one of the windows had broken down, resulting in rain coming in on to the windowsill. The bathroom was absolutely freezing, with a lot of limescale on all the chrome fittings.Worse than all that was a constant "dank/damp" smell in the room.It was a pity the room was such a disappointment because the hotel itself was lovely. A great choice of breakfast each morning and all the staff in the restaurant and bar were lovely and helpful.

Horrible inn

I wanted to give no stars but was unable. After you refused 2 homeless people in Manchester a room that had been paid for by a charity. I have large amount of social media and you can see this on the MEN website. What are going to do about the treatment you gave them? I would suggest your PR department contact the MEN and give a statement. Sooner rather than later

Just read one of your hotels refused to allow paid for homeless men access to one of your hotels in Manchester in -6 temperatures. Rooms paid for by a charity. You realise neither me or my family NEVER using your hotels again.

I used to be homeless myself and the fact you refused a paying customer because he was homeless is fckn disgusting. He has a phone you could of used that for collateral. I don't care what the policies are he could of died he clearly was not under the influence and the fact he had money for the hotel means he should of been allowed to stay. Redo your policies and do better. When I was homeless I had to stay in hotels, work full time and wait to be housed. I think yous are disgusting horrible people and I wish whoever makes that policy the worst.

Awful hotel chain

Awful hotel chain, won’t let paying customers who may or may not be homeless deny them of their stay because of their current situation. No refund nothing. Takes government contracts to contribute to the mass I’mIgration of England. REALLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE GERNAL PUBLIC THEY ONLY XARE ABOUT FILING THEIR POCKETS.
