Motorola Stylus 5G is 5G Garbage

I recently bought a Motorola Stylus 5G phone through Metro by Verizon. My goodness this is by far the worst device I've owned thus far. Sllooooooow. Fails to respond to button clicks or swipes. I received a phone call yesterday but the phone refused to allow me to answer it. No matter how many times I clicked the "answer" button I was unable to answer that call. The bluetooth comes and goes as it pleases. Plus. This phone constantly turns ALL of my volumes down and then gives me a warning about the dangers of loud noise. Hello, why would I require this for a phone call? What goofy AI goof ball decided that the volume of another person speaking was a danger to me? Listening to music has become a horror using this phone. Last month this phone wiped all photos from all of my contacts. Why? Today, the alarm clock failed to sound. And when I decided to reboot the phone, it took all of 16 minutes. Motorola has completely given up on device creation and being a trustworthy brand. I haven't been this disappointed since my mother passed away.

Only computerised robot replying, can not understand our what is our issues and what we need, even they asked our device model and then after giving solution for some other types of devices. Very rubbish coustomer care department of Motorola and Lenovo.

Purchased a new phone from this…

Purchased a new phone from this company, on 1/2026 I was told it was under a year warranty, but when I called they gave me the option to send back for repair that would take 3 to 5 days, I let them know that I have a pacemaker so couldn't send in my phone. So they stated they could send me a used replacement but they would have to put a hold on my credit card for 438$. They are a scam do not purchase from this company.

Worst Company - Chinese companies offer better customer service

Don't buy from Motorola bought a new phone online but it was defective and Motorola does everything it can to avoid having to replace it

Horrible customer support and policies!

Purchased the Motorola Razr ultra 2025 directly from Motorola on January 28, 2026 and received it on February 3, 2026. On February 17 a pink line showed up running down the middle of the screen. They wanted me to send it for repair but since I traded in my old phone towards it, I wouldn't have a phone. So they said they would send me a "certified" phone to replace it, but there would be A $700+ hold on my credit card until I returned my phone, and I had 10 days to return it. They wouldn't send me a new phone because it was past 14 days since purchase. But it was only 14 days since I received it!! Today I got an email that my "new" phone was on the way, and now it says I only have 5 days to return it. I have had 8 motorola phones over the 26 years I have been using cell phones and was always happy with them. This will be my last Motorola phone because of their horrible policies and customer service!

Motorola send used phones as new

Motorola send brand new phones not sealed as new. Unsealed, not new, a return, used or refurbished phone instead. This breaches consumer law. They will not even partially refund the Edge Fusion 50, which I believe is now discontinued.The company has taken weeks and it is still not fully resolved. I buy products from manufacturers, they are the worst. Lenovo who now own them are another one to be weary of.

I Really Suffered a Cyber Attack and Really Got Hacked Two months Ago, I Contacted my Cell Phone Provider For Help and they Put me Through ToMy Phone Maker, Motorola.Have Reached Out a Couple of Times, I Told them, that there are things I ShouldBe Able to Do with my Phone, But can not??? Never buy a phone from Motorola

Never buy a phone from Motorola. They might be cheap, but basic functionalities like playing music from apps when the screensaver is on, just doesn't work. I've tried 10+ settings, and nothing works. Motorola doesn't offer support for their phones, the homepage will just send you in circles of useless toturials.

I bhought Motorola G5G 2024 model, they are saying that they wil provide one os upgrade and no more suppport after 2027, I need my phone to get updaes till 2030 or 31 because i am a student, and i am using google apps and everthing and i need it for school

Want a lot of hassle? Go buy something from motorola.com

The past two days have been my absolute worst experience buying gadgets online since the dawn of e-commerce. It happened at the Motorola store. I wanted to order a new smartphone, selected the model, added some related gadgets to my cart, and attempted to check out. I tried several different cards from various banks that work perfectly on other platforms, but on motorola.com, they either wouldn't work or the money would be debited and then immediately refunded. I called support twice; the first time they couldn't help at all, and the second time they just told me to wait 24 hours.I then emailed technical support, attaching screenshots of the failed payments and the refunds. Their response was just a bunch of canned phrases: 'clear your cache,' 'change your browser,' 'try another device'—insisting that their site was working fine. To top it off, the phone I wanted suddenly jumped up in price by £80. This is the worst e-commerce site I've ever used. In the end, I decided to buy it on a different platform.

Phone got sent back, no money no phone

I ordered a phone, the delivery Company didn't come at the agreed time but way to early. The next 2 days i wasn't home and couldn't pre sign for it, it said this was disabled by the vendor even though it would be perfectly safe to leave it at my home. It got send back to motorola. It has been 3 months and i still haven't seen my money back even after a lot of mails with their customer support. So i don't have a phone and i'm 450€ lighter. Straight up theft

it's a good phone for many things but…

it's a good phone for many things but one thing that makes it absolutely not worth it is the intrusive AI they use. You can't disable it you can't delete it. Nothing is able to disable or get rid of the AI and it is very intrusive forcing itself open all the time and forcing pages I don't want. I wish they would fix this but you know ritch corporations that never listen to the consumer they only listen to what makes them the most money for the cheapest i would only recommend this phone companys product if it is absolutely necessary and the last option.

how on earth can you launch phone that barely works the G35. Wifi its basically not usable, no real software updates. Nothing in the way of support Based on this would you buy another motorola?

Motorola E15 MOBILE PHONE is JUNK.

I tried to write a review directly to Motorola. But because it was a bad review, this company refused to publish it. Therefore I have no freedom of speech regarding this company. I am not allowed an opinion unless it's a positive one and I'm unable to publish the truth, because of Motorola censorship. The E15 mobile phone is a piece of junk. I've just thrown the phone in the bin after buying this phone two weeks ago. It cost me 80 euro. It was a good door stop. But not good for anything else. But the fact that Motorola only allow positive reviews is another scam. Unfortunately this is the world we live in now. Thank goodness for Trustpilot, Trust pilot at least allows me to give honest reviews without censorship. Well-done Trust pilot..... Shame on you Motorola.

Awful experience

I bought a brand new Motorola phone from their website, only to be sent a unsealed box. Lenovo wouldn't help because they said I bought it for Motorola website, even though the invoice has Lenovo on it.This is dodgy and suspicious behaviour. The only way to communicate with Motorola his via WhatsApp. It seems I'm not the only one having issues with the company at the moment there's many other reviews saying similar.

I bought a Razr 40 Ultra

I bought a Razr 40 Ultra, and like so many other people, after just 6 months it suddenly broke out of nowhere due to the hinge mechanism. I have never dropped this phone, yet it still happened. After I sent it back, I was told that this is not covered under warranty… (a defective hinge system after 6 months is apparently not a warranty case—so what is actually covered by their warranty in their eyes?). I’ve had enough. Never a Motorola for me again. I will do everything I can to warn friends, family, and people on the internet about this, so they don’t buy junk from this company. Consider yourselves warned.

Razr 40 warranty voided by motorola due to assessment mistake

Razr 40 failed at bendSent to Motorola agent at Motorola instructionAssessor accidentally called screen protector scratches as cracks. See image with red circles allegedly showing screen cracking.Motorola refused to allow me to send to different assessor for second opinion and said warranty voided by cracking in OLED.Eventually after asking over and over for help I removed the screen protector and proved the screen has no cracks. See images of perfect screen with only defects at the bend.Motorola now refuse to fix the screen as I have voided the warranty by removing the screen protector which funnily enough proves I was right and that the screen isn't cracked.Worst customer service in history !!!!

Until today 17th Jan 26 I didn't have…

Until today 17th Jan 26 I didn't have any complaints about my Motorola phone, but it did an update and ever since it's been absolutely shocking, downloaded loads of games that I never asked for, plus it's changed all my screen saver and locked screen photo.on top of all that I'm getting bombarded with adverts after adverts. I'm definitely thinking of changing from Motorola after today's update.
