I have to say I am appreciative of the…

I have to say I am appreciative of the company, it's employees in administration and the technology implemented to assist those of us out in the field. I had been taking care of my elderly mother for years for free. Although I dont do this for the money, I do appreciate All American looking after me and making sure I do receive some payment. It almost feels like confirmation that I am being a good son.

I’ve had a great experience with American Homecare. The team is very supportive, professional, and truly cares about the people they serve. The staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. Communication is clear, and you can tell they work well together as a team. Overall, a great organization with an excellent staff. I love working for Lagom care…

I have been working for Lagom care since June of 2025 and I have to say I really love working with them the people I have meet and talked to on the phone are always very friendly and helpful I will tell people I know that do this kind of work should come work with this company

This place is full of lazy people

Not great… my patient was approved for more hours so they dropped my pay from 14$ to 13.20$ an hour and made me sign it if I wanted to continue to work which we all know that insurance companies pay them more then over time pay for EVERY SINGLE HOUR THAT US CAREGIVERS WORK! Then I look on their Facebook and to my surprise I saw what the “office people” (the people that work for me and my patient) get to do while they are at work. They do Christmas decorating contests with the other branches of the company while I work my ass off… and they get paid for doing that. They make little reels talking about how “HARD IT IS TO DO A DAY OF WORK THERE AT “ALL AMERICAN HOME CARE” but EVERYTIME I WALK IN TO THAT OFFICE PEOPLE ARE JUST TALKING IN SPANISH (probably making fun of one of the people that don’t work there such as myself or one of the other few people that were there at the time) they get MAD WHEN THEY HAVE TO DO A LITTLE EXTRA WORK TO MAKE YOUR HOURS WORK (like if you have to leave early one day so you left 5 hours earlier than you were supposed to so you make up those 5 hours in 2 or 3 days so like 2 hours the first day of extra work 1 hour the next day and 2 hours the next of extra time to make up for that 5 hours…. OH GOD! THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE MAKING THEM DO MORE WORK FOR YOUR PAYROLL (which is pretty much the only REAL MEANINGFUL JOB THAT I FEEL LIKE THEY DO! I have no clue why the insurance companies don’t just let the patient be the agency or one of their children be the agency so that they wouldn’t have to pay these AGENCIES TO have Christmas decorating parties and HUGE PARTIES (that look to have costed somewhere along the lines of 50,000 just to have) and I DIDNT KNOW THE PEOPLE AT THE PARTY BUT IM PRETTY SURE NO CAREGIVERS WERE INVITED AT ALL! Probably because we were working at the time!!! So yea…. It’s crazy and I could go on and on and on and on until you fell asleep reading this! Seriously!

I would NEVER recommend

I would NEVER recommend if your a home care nurse to sign with them I was there for over a year I was due for my yearly bonus back in October and when I decided to leave in December Livette told me I never got my yearly bonus this conversation happened on December 11th my last day was December 13th. She put me through to Natasha (I spoke with twice) who stated if I could be patient she was just waiting for payroll to get with her. I waited up until after Christmas to follow up due to the holiday. Everything went left they said I forfeited my bonus when I decided to leave per there handbook. Not only that Natasha said she had no recollection of speaking with me. Too make matters worst they said they would give it to me if I came back. I was furious and demanded to speak to her supervisor who said that I once again forfeited my bonus since I never vocalized it prior to leaving which I did on December 11th. I told her I wanted my paperwork that I signed and where it says in the handbook that I had to vocalize a bonus that they advertise to home care nurses she said I had to speak to there attorney. I called him the next day and emailed him my request and he confirmed I in fact do qualify for my bonus and CC payroll. No apology was issued to me nor any accountability for there mistake I finally got my bonus today 5 weeks of lying and manipulation and it took me speaking to THERE attorney to get the matter resolved. I can only imagine how many home care nurses they screwed over regarding getting a bonus that is rightfully there’s.
