Customer service? Good luck!

I ordered six batteries in one of them arrived effective. I have emailed support three times and still receive no response.

Ordered a HS 720-4k drone

Ordered a HS 720-4k drone. Couldn't read the Remote ID number on side of craft. They started to run me around and through hoops for something they couldn't fix. Contacted Holy Stone. The advised me on how to fix the problem.NewBeedrone couldn't or wouldn't do this.Learned another lesson if life. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with NEWBEE DRONE!!!

I can't speak highly enough about…

I can't speak highly enough about Newbeedrone. I had attempted to build a 3.5" quad and really made a disaster of it. For a very reasonable service fee, I mailed it to them and they undid my mess and got it flying again in no time at all. The work they did was beautiful! (I was extremely jealous of their soldering). Beyond that, I sent them a ton of emails asking questions (annoyed the crap out of them), and they entertained each one with prompt, thorough, and respectful replies. Just use them, you will not be disappointed.

My newbeedrone experience was a…

My newbeedrone experience was a disaster. The acrobee75 hdo3 is under powered, the cage/frame are brittle, and the card burns out easily. The acrobee65 showed up with a bad camera. 5 days into the trouble call, they respond. I submitted a video showing it was the camera. They only watched part of the video and insisted it was the card. By this time, I had already soldered a camera to the card. After telling them to watch the video again they realized it was the camera offered to replace it, but as stated I was past that. Told them to bug off. A week later, one of the owners showed up in my email offering a new card and some cheap frames. I told him to bug off too. After a month and a half of arguing with them while being right, it’s going to take more than some cheap frames to get my business back. The actual 65 was fun to fly, but aside from the camera issues, the motor wires rest against a brace which causes faulty connection. It sucks because the savage bee and stinger bee look fun, but I would absolutely hate to put myself in a situation of being at the mercy of newbeedrone customer service department. With that being said, I’ll probably never spend money with them again, and I feel it’s my obligation to warn others.

I like this this store and their products. I have trust in the items because of product reliability and quality. They have never let me down and their customer support is 5-star rating. They have always responded quickly to my emails. The customer support has always been honest and up to date about the items they have or don’t have. If they don’t have something, they will do their best to get it. They often run out of stock because that is how popular their products are.

I used to like buying from NewBeeDrone until this

I have been flying R/C for over 20 years and purchased thousands of dollars of products from NewBeeDrone. I recently purchased a complete bind and fly drone from NewBeeDrone and on the second flight the drone falls out of the sky mid-flight and resets itself on the ground. Defective electronic speed controller (esc). 1 of 4 motors does not spin. NewBeeDrone customer service tells me this is a known issue with this drone and they have many customers with the same issue. NewBeeDrone asks me many questions and has me upload video proof of the flight failure. NewBeeDrone customer service then tells me they do not accept returns, will not repair or replace the defective drone, and that I need deal with the Chinese manufacturer and there is nothing else they will do. I have spent thousands of dollars over several years with NewBeeDrone and this is how they handle my very first product issue. Not a trustworthy company in my opinion and I do not suggest buying anything from them. Even when you do everything right and have all of the photo and video evidence of a defective item, this NewBeeDrone company will not accept my return, repair, or replacement. Buyer beware. Many reliable established fpv retailers to choose from out there, I would skip NewBeeDrone.
