Ordered leggings and a bra based on the size recommendation on the website, but both were much smaller than expected. I missed the 14-day return window because I was away when the parcel was delivered. Despite explaining the situation, the company refused any exception. Very disappointing customer service.
I really like the leggings I bought, they are comfortable and flattering. Also customer service was great.Really serious company.
I really like the product. The material used are really good quality. There were some delays with one of my orders but i received it eventually. One thing that i must add is that the bottoms are great but all the tops i got are kind of tight towards the armpit area, so maybe there is way of improving the making of those.
Very comfortable and pleasant to the touch leggings. For the first time, I feel like the clothing doesn't limit my movement.

I ordered a pair of leggings after carefully measuring myself and following the sizing guide. The leggings turned out way too big, and they charge you for the return. I will not order again from that brand!

Ridiculous refund situation. Due to changes in the company, they are unable to refund me through my initial means of payment and can only transfer the money through PayPal? Sounds sketchy to me. I would have been okay with it if I would actually receive the money, but no. I have been waiting for close to 10 weeks (!!!) now on my refund and keep getting the same excuse and to remain patient. Absolutely incompetent customer service and borderline criminal activities. This is getting ridiculous. If I owed you money for ten weeks you’d be quick to take legal action! You are just counting on customers to not take it further. This is outrages! Just process my refund!!!
