Absolute rip off from start to finish at Milan bergamo Airport.THIS HIRE CAR COMPANY IS NOT I REPEAT NO ONSITE AT THE AIRPORT ONLY THEIR OFFICE IS ... a bus transfer is required to an off airport field of cars... that's their first lie.Despite booking car with American Express card THEY DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS at the pick up unless you pay a huge sum then all of a sudden Amex is then accepted... second rip off.The car you chose online IS NOT the car you get, not even close.. Photo your car or be charged for fictitious damage to it upon return. REMEMBER if you chose to pay by credit card they actually take the £1000 deposit out of your card for a minimum of 30 days then you have to chase hard to get it refunded to your card.Read all the small print then walk away and use another company. These are Con rip off nothing else.

Shocking !Booked a car at palms Majorca - took me over an hour waiting in queues to finally get the car- the attendant spent 10 minutes trying to force me to take their additional insurance cover - which I did not do On returning the car the person checking said there was a scratch on the rear bumper ( 2 cm long ) I tried to demonstrate from photos this was not the case and he eventually accepted my comments - I was told I did not need a signed confirmation and would receive a note with my returned deposit .On returning from the plane I had an e mail stating I would be charged ( and had had deducted £275 from my deposit for a scratch over 3 cm .. follow e mails did not lead to a refund and indeed their correspondence to me just stopped

Preveza-Aktion National Airport, GreeceHad paid a €100 deposit from home. The terms and conditions state that you can only use the same payment card/account to pay the balance when picking up the car. The payment card was rejected by the payment terminal several times, so we finally had to give up on getting the car, but the deposit could not be refunded. From Trustpilot we can see that many others have experienced exactly the same thing. We rented another car from the neighboring rental company, where the payment card did not cause any problems. The employee tried hard to get us to buy additional insurance, which we refused, since we were fully insured already. Maybe the rejection is due to this? It seems like systematic fraud.

Absolutely shocking service! Avoid! Flight cancelled so re booked on later flight informed car rental of delay, they chose to cancel the car rental even though payment was made in advance when booked! Of absolutely no consequence to them, only to inform of late arrival on the same day! Disgraceful service!

There was no handover of the car on arrival so took photos of existing damage on returning the car I insisted on the agent inspecting the car and showed him my photos on the day of collection and he agreed no further damage since when I have been charged £280 for a scratch on a wheel which is so insignificant I failed to photgraph it - they are a bunch of crooks

You have to be really careful when returning your car. It is a SCAM. I returned my car without any damage.. I did not drive much. They charged over 300 Euro for damage?? I sent them a video of the car that I took before driving off. If I were to use this company again( unlike) but I will not leave the car upon returing without having one of those guys check and sign off. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM. I sent the video. No reply. What do go to my lawyer to get 300 Euro back.... What scam.

What a horrific experience! We rent a lot of cars but never had this kind of bad experience.Here we go;-We had to wait 1,5h for the transfer.-Therefore the transfer would not take everybody that was waiting so I had to leave my wife with two small kids alone in the airport after a seven hour trip and 1,5h wait.-The driver did not speak English, we had to find a translator to understand that he allowed only one person per family…-I had to wait over 1h in the office before someone could assist us with getting the car.-Nobody checked the car with us for damages, could have prevented the discussion afterwards when they found a little scratch.-They/you tried to sell (and bully) us an extra insurance for over € 510 (12days) and first tried to refuse giving us the car when we said we already had insurance on the car. The vibe after we declined the insurance was really unpleasant.-Then they put an extra € 100 on my account so I could hand in the car without refueling. I did not ask for it and always return it full because € 100 is way to much.-And then all the hustle at the return. It felt like because they could not sell us the expensive double insurance, they find this little scratch for € 360. Of course the guy at the return did not speak English and because you don’t have time to wait for ages, you have to simply agree. I am not sure if the scratch was there already but you do feel a bit robbed (again).-They blocked € 2.050 on my card for 14 days after handing in the car.-Nobody replies to emails (only after over 10 tries in 10 days).-They cannot be reached by phone.-Nobody replies to these kind of disappointing client reviews; there is no desire to solve these so it seems.Never will I rent a car with OK Mobility again. They simply try to get as much money out of you as possible and don’t fix any issues of their clients. DON’T BOOK!

Rented a car from these from Malaga airport spent 30 waiting and a further 30mins trying to be sold extras, like a more expensive car, extra insurance, which I had already purchased anyway, payment upfront for fuel. Charged me for a scratch that was already on the car
This company has charged me for a small scratch that was already on the car before I started the journey. I pointed it out to one of their staff before I accepted the car. He said it's only small and it didn't matter. Then they charged me £165 when I brought it back. Also a few years ago they tried to charge me €100 for a parking ticket I received and paid for at the local police station in Spain. Luckily I kept the receipt of payment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

🚨 ‼️ Disgusting, shameful service‼️ 🚨 🚨 🚨 I mean, where to start.Do not, under any circumstances, book a car rental at Mallorca Palma Airport with these charlatans. Disgraceful, shameful, incompetent customer service — and that’s the good bits.After a delayed flight I was told that there was a six hour cut off point and that I would need to upgrade my car because the car I booked for nine days was no longer available! True story!I had to pay £100 for the privilege at 0100, when the customer desk at the airport knew I didn’t have any other choice with a 70km journey to Pollença ahead. Worse to come.When I left Mallorca this shambolic and disreputable organisation whipped more than £1500STG from my account for no reason, without explanation or contact, and without notice. I have sent more than 100 emails to their customer service team, messaged the CEO without reply and sent a direct messsge on social media — nobody has had the decency to acknowledge my complaint.This is a disgraceful organisation and I advise anybody travelling to Mallorca to book with a recognised and distinguished car rental — all the things these people are not.To be clear, I returned the vehicle without damage and with a full tank of petrol.To be deceived in this way in the modern era is something extraordinary. I have since lodged a complaint with the fraud team at my bank and we will go to whatever lengths are necessary to recover this money.AGAIN, TO BE CLEAR, DO NOT BOOK OK MOBILITYBy way of update, no sooner did I post my TrustPilot review, just like that Ok Mobility finally responded to an email, exactly seven days and 100 emails later!Like a rabbit from a hat, they rustled up some pictures of some alleged scratches and scuff marks on the car — the thing looked like it had been in a fight when I picked it up, but to be accused of this is a new low for Ok Mobility.These complete and utter chumps are now trying to claim that this is the reason they whipped £1500 from my deposit.Extraordinary and lamentable.Will keep updating this thread with MBM updates but to be clear to all those also affected by Ok Mobility’s practices I will be fighting this like dogs and will not allow them to bully a fair minded and honourable overseas traveller.In the meantime please do not book Ok Mobility.Once their customer service improves and there is a favourable outcome to myself over this then I will highlight this in the interests of fairness.
