Dead had issues, customer support sorted it.
Drive I received was effectively DOA. But after contacting support they sorted out the issue with a refund.

Ordered 2 xeon gold 6246R processors just to have the order cancelled after I paid because they posted the wrong price online...not my fault, but definitely wouldnt trust them with a 20ft stick

Absolute shambles!
After spending several hours on live chat and exchanging 44 emails with Roy’s team to ensure we would receive the correct HDD part in the agreed‑upon condition, the item delivered was a completely different model and even the wrong form factor. This level of inaccuracy is astonishing given the amount of communication and clarification provided.When we contacted the seller to resolve the issue, they repeatedly attempted to substitute alternative models rather than addressing the mistake. The overall experience has been deeply disappointing, and the service received falls far below acceptable standards. This is a seller to avoid.

Ordered an NVME SSD on sale brand new for $153.34. Company sent me email stating it's out of stock and canceled my order. However, their site lists the same NVME with increased price of $248. Terrible experience.

Deceptive practices
When you purchase something and very carefully decide to choose where to spend your money. A reputable company would list everything about the product, Not Orange Hardwares! I was bait and switched after they disclosed to me that the product I had paid was OOS and also listed “New” but I was being sold and sent a Pre-Owned one. Never again. Go else where for your business.

Bait and switch
Bait and switch, seller lists product on their site for one price and then claims it is no longer in stock and wants to sell another product for over double the price. That's just shady business practices.
