Customer service
Tech came and stated he recommended a new fob. I said I wanted to look around because I had gotten different quotes and his reply “well how much are you willing to pay “ that surprised me, so I asked for a business card or something with company name and address. I also asked about a locksmith license. He became defensive and said he would give me no information unless I had him do a service. I asked if we could call his boss, he refused to give the number. He had no card, no license, no company truck, and no company shirt, or anything to tie him to company. I did call Tyler with the number I had and he did say he thought the guy was his tech, but while I was on the phone, tech got in the van and left. Tyler stated maybe it was miscommunication (tech didn’t understand me or I didn’t understand him). I felt I did understand but would have been more comfortable with a set price for fob. I used Pop-a-lock and experience was what I would expect from a professional.
