I recently wrote a review on Plexaderm saying it left an ugly colored film on my skin. They responded with the statement that I should only use a pea sized amount. In reality, I used LESS than a pea sized amount and spread it as evenly as I could. However, not only did it fail to smooth out the bags under my eyes, it left that ugly colored film on my skin that was visible under my makeup. I should have stressed the amount I used in my previous review but I failed to mention that part. Other reviews from people of color have said the same thing, so it's quite obvious that this product isn't for all skin tones.

I started to order the $14.95 sample but changed mind after I had completed my information clicked the cancel button, noticed the following morning it's pending on my bank account, so I called their customer service number and was told it shipped already ( supposedly in 10 hours-overnigh) said they can't cancel because it shipped alreadySo made sure nothing else is ever shipped and charged ever again.The advertisement and the website is a typical bait and switch. I don't care how well it works I wontever order anything from them ever again

It Works Wonders—But The Cost!
I have used Plexaderm for several years. I am 61 and have always rubbed my eyes, even as a teenager, so I have horrible bags under my eyes. Plexaderm works wonderfully for me. I mix a tiny amount of my foundation with it in my palm then apply to each eye separately. I do this for two reasons: Plexaderm begins to dry quickly so if I try to do both eyes at the same time the second eye will be flaky; and I’ve learned the right amount for each eye is different so they must be done individually. I also used Plexaderm on the wrinkles forming around one side of my mouth. It works wonderfully there also and does not crack during the day.For me, there are two keys to getting all day wear without flaking: trial and error to determine the amount needed for each eye and mouth area because they are different for me; and taking the 7-10 minutes that Plexaderm needs to set before doing anything else. Yes, my husband says I look strange standing there staring into the mirror without moving my eyes or mouth, but whatever. My only problem with Plexaderm is the cost. I cannot afford to use it when I know I will be home all day or when I am going out to visit with family or close friends. The cost is just too prohibitive.

I applied it under my eyes and my forehead still have wrinkles on my forehead and still had the bags under my eyes it might work on some people but it didn't work on me

I have tried this twice over a ten year period, thinking I may have applied it wrong. I tried it again This makes your wrinkles look dry and worse.....even with very little use. This was applied on family members at different ages. All family said the same thing. It did nothing ! How can they get away with selling this ?Buyer beware: Do not buy this it makes your wrinkles look worse

Drys up and cracks and falls off. Can’t eat or drink if use around mouth. Would like to get expert assistance on correct application. The current on line explanation is useless.

The product works well unfortunately it is so expensive. I go through 3 tubes a month and that really adds up being i live on a fixed income of $1,000.00 a month. I just have to give up alot of other necessities but I still manage to do it. Wish they would give me a bigger discount being I buy 3 tubes every month

Twenty Years Younger!
I tried Plexaderm about a year ago and experienced truly great results in lifting my skin and helping lines almost magically disappear on my forehead, under my eyes and around my mouth. I’ve tried a handful of other items that are widely advertised on Facebook, but nothing else comes close. I can wear my favorite makeup over Plexaderm without it settling into the what used to be my lines. Plexaderm leaves a smooth-to-the-touch surface in my skin. I’m 63 and my son tells me I look twenty years younger! Thanks Plexaderm!

I have been using Plexaderm for a while now and they send the product right away. this is a excellent product and I can see very good results. I am so glad to have found this. I am a male and at 75 I need all the help I can to look good and this product takes years off my life and am happy about that.. Thank you Plexaderm for an awesome product.

This stuff is unbelievable. It truly works. Love it, and I use it daily. Its Done wonders for my eyes. I've watched the commercials for years, but never believed it until I tried it.

The product gets CRUSTY !
The product DOES work. But.... it eventually becomes CRUSTY appearance on your face and in my specific case, it would become crusty under my eyes. It looks ridiculous. Yes, I tried applying the cream lightly to avoid the crusty look. It you apply it too light, the cream doesn't do it's job. I never apply too much. I apply a small pea size amount under the eye area. No matter what, it gets crusty after about 90 minutes. I also tried applying a hugh quality moisturizing cream on top of the plexaderm cream to avoid the Crusty appearance. But when you do this, the moisturizer defeats the plexaderm product and you clearly see the under eye bag situation. In my humble opinion, there plexaderm formula must be revised and improved so it doesn't become CRUSTY !

This product really works, I am 70 and have had bags under my eyes for years and this completely reduces the bags. I just wish it was a little cheaper. I use it everyday..I still work and like to look younger than I am because I have worked here for 46 years and hopefully can make it to 50. I am also he oldest person in my company of 85 and want to look as young as possible

Plexiderm is a miracle I have bad puffy under eyes not anymore it reduced the lines around my mouth I cant stop looking in the mirror I realize it does not work for everyone but it worked for me i will never go without it thank you plexiderm i have no white film or anything love love it

I would give 0 stars if it would let…
I would give 0 stars if it would let me. It only lasts a short time, you can't use make up with it including powder foundation its way way way over priced and leaves white crap on your face so you can tell you tried to use something and looks ridiculous so save your hard earned money! DONT BUY!!!!!

Review of the under eye serum…. Not that great
Review of the under eye serum….it works BUT it’s really hard to apply just the exact right amount and in the exact correct area under the eye. I have yet to get both eyes equal. Also have to use just the exact right amount which is hard to determine. It does get cakey as the day wares on. Not really as easy as promoted. Thank you Plexaderm for your response. I have tried all your recommendations and advise during the last year…..I was really determined to make this work. It’s not a bad product but your advertising is very very misleading. Sorry.

I would rate a 0 but I can’t. I started using plexadirm about 3-months ago. It discolored my skin under my right eye and created a burnt swelling. This product IS NOT FOR BLACK PEOPLE. I am now stuck with a burnt mark under my right eye. Black people do not use.

Black People Keep Your Money!!
My friend and I, are both Black women. I tried to tell her, Plexaderm doesn't make their product for Black or Brown skin. I asked her, have you ever seen a Black person in their commercials? Even though she hadn't, we both ended up using their product. It was a waste of good money. There is a reason no Black, or other people of color, are part of their testimonials. Most of the people in those commercials, have burnt up skin, age spots or other skin discolorations. This happened 1/8/2022. It wouldn't let me enter, 4 years ago as the date of experience.

It’s not like they said it will look
I have done all what the pamphlet says to do and still didn’t look like they advertise it will look. At first the cakey orange look. Guess I didn’t wait long enough before applying my makeup. Then I put my moisturizer 30 minutes before putting in plexidern. I didn’t rub but tap the plexiderm. Then waited 10 minutes and didn’t put makeup and still no difference. I won’t buy this again.
