I have no clue about what everyone is going on about, the customer service was great they responded quickly not to mention matched my hair colour so on point the synthetic hair looked cometary real, the hair knots yes of course it does its synthetic I just carry a brush and detangler and it works just fine it said it would come in 5-7 days but it came in 2 I'm over the moon with these extensions the best quality for synthetic such good quality I recommend heavily

Don’t buy of this company
Don’t buy of this company, they don’t care about customer care, there rude & ignorent girls. Ripped me off sent me wrong thing & wouldn’t give me a refund blocked me & said they didn’t receive my parcel back, I had to go through tiktok to get my refund & they apologised on tbere behalf

Absolutely disgraceful company run by somebody who is incapable of even basic customer service. Stay away at all costs, go to a reparable company for your hair extensions.

If this is the RiRi hair with a Lakedside shopping center location. Avoid at all cost!!!! They are CHARLATANS who smooth talked me info buying human hair extensions, that cost over a hundred pounds...which did NOT match my hair colour. Fortunately for me, after I paid at the fill I realised what they had done and told them I wanted my money back!!!! As the hair they had chosen for me was not right in texture or colour. However, I would purchase some synthetic extensions that DID match my hair colour, they were infuriated that not only did I turn the tables on them, by spotting the trickery before leaving the shop. But that I also had the audacity to want to swap the wrong item for something that suited me. The thief at the counter, REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. AND I refused to leave without it. It took the owner of this scamming business place to come and tell the woman at the till, to give me back my money. But it gets worse! I was given a voucher for a buy 1 get one free. But they told me I couldn't claim my free hair that day because they couldn't do the transaction that day for "some reason" Otherwise known as "Furious they had to give me back my money for the over £100 hair they had been trying to sell me." So I went back the next day to claim my free hair. And they made the transaction a living hell, and tried to make me leave without the hair. Which I refused to do! In the end I walked out with the free hair that I was entitled to, and PAID FOR... With my head held high, because I did NOT allow a bunch of SCAMMERS to get away with fleecing me.If they did it to me, they can do it to you. So please everyone give this unscrupulous "business" with the worst hair ever! The widest berth possible, and avoid the horrific experience that I had. There are so many amazing hair shops around, who value their customers and make the shopping experience a joy. Places like RiRi hair, give legitimate businesses a bad name. So when you go shopping be on your guard, and don't allow the fraudsters out there to fleece you out of your money. They have no conscience, at all.

Im very disappointed and shocked despite the youtube videos
Im very disappointed with the full lace wig I received. I saw a lot of reviews on Youtube about their RLW01 wig, so I was overly excited when I received it.I ordered 150% density so you can imagine my surprise when I received a thinner wig than some of the youtube videos and instagram photos portrayed as being 130% density.It has an incredible amount of flyaways, it looks ridiculous when I put it on. Because of the flyaways it does not look like my real hair. Ofcourse I can go ahead and customize it and add mousse to try and make it look better , but thats not what i paid nearly 400 euros for... yes approximately 364 euros well wasted while I could buy something better . Also a lot of gray strands, that look ridiculous if i dont dye the hair... at least i know that it’s human hair. I dont know if i just received a very bad batch or if it’s the standard quality. Maybe it was because i ordered the full lace wig version, instead of the lace front. But who knows... In overall it wasnt a nice experience for me..I will give it 2 stars , because the packaging was sturdy, pretty and they gave me a hairbrush/Wigcap, but the product itself that I was excited for , broke my heart truly since this is my hard work earned money...
