I ordered a spare wheel and tire for my side by side. I updated my address, but apparently it only worked for my credit card so that Craparal/RMATV could take my money and they shipped the wheel to my house two houses ago. I called when I got the shipped notice and they charged me $15 for a shipping address change, but the order still went to the wrong address. The rep I spoke with typed in a wrong number that I read off the order summary, then he said that I read it wrong. They said that it's my fault and I have to eat the loss.
Update: After leaving a review, RMATV reached out to me and had me return the headlight so they could take a look and see if they could cover it under warranty. This was not offered initially when I spoke with someone over the phone. I have sent the bulb off to them as requested, will update again once there has been a resolution. Updating my review to 3 stars since customer service is trying to work with me.I purchased a headlight bulb for my TW200 from RMATV. On their website it shows as "Fits". So technically it does fit, but it doesn't orient properly in the housing. Instead of clocked straight up and down, it clocks at a 45 degree angle. This makes the beam pattern completely off, with lots of dark spots all throughout the beam. I contacted RMATV and I can't return it because I plugged it into the bike. It's new, the packaging is new, and it was plugged in for about a total of 30 seconds. That's a bulb that's unusable in the bike their site says it's compatible with and they won't accept the return. I wouldn't purchase from RMATV again based on their return policy.
Customer service is top tier. I´ve had my fair share of trouble with carriers and delivery 3rd parties over the years and RM staff have been incredibly helpful every single time. I can say I will not order my dirt bike needs from anywhere else!!

The only reason I did not give them a 5 star is due to them switching over the postal service. I now think twice before ordering if I need it soon or not. Getting parts in over a week to 3 or 4 since the changes is unacceptable from KY to MO... I will now start to support my local bike shops a lot more. I know its not them having the issues but its not a good change.
Their shipping is the worst. If you need an item in a hurry, go somewhere else, because they're definitely not in any hurry. They lost my order originally, and I discover it several days later when I logged on to check the status. I had bought a plow kit, part of it shipped from Kentucky, and part from Utah. One of the two packages in the shipment from Utah, the actual plow blade, still hasn't arrived and is out there somewhere traveling around the Midwest. I had a similar experience with their service and shipping several year ago when I bought a set of wheels and tires.
Usually they do alright but their shipping and customer service is lacking. Ordered $80 worth of parts realized 30 min later I needed a small rubber gasket. Ordered $18 small rubber gasket that would fit in an envelope they charged flat $7 shipping which seems like a nice profit for RockyMtn. They sent it via USPS after 12 days my parts now show they are in Anchorage at a regional USPS facility. I live in OR no where near where the package should be for USPS logistics. Rocky Mountain just says by phone we will wait it out see if it doesn’t get to you. If you can’t be trusted with the little orders why give them big orders. At some point you need to take responsibility for a third party failure of service and do right by your customer. Instead I’m left holding the cost and waiting to see what country my gaskets end up in. Already missed one ride with my 8 year old son waiting in this order.
I ordered the Tusk TTR 125 cold start kit twice, and both times the tracking showed the package was delivered to an Amazon facility. After that, the order was canceled with the note that I requested a refund. This is absolutely not true—I have never touched the refund button on Amazon. On top of that, it says the money is being refunded for both orders, but it’s been almost a month since the first order and still nothing. Very frustrating and hopeless experience. I live in Norway.
Ordered a welding kit. It was dead on arrival. Emailed on Friday morning, explaining the situation. Didn't get a proper reply until mid-day on Wednesday, and the reply was basically a request to call the manufacturer. Thanks for giving me the run around. Would not recommend. Have you noticed that this company doesn't have a way to leave a Google review for the business? Gee I wonder why.
Bad experience today , I feel I was hassled about an order I placed , they wanted more info they said . I contacted them and they wanted my payment info again to verify the order , they said the item I ordered was frequently purchased fraudently. I’ve bought several items recently and I get this. I’ll shop elsewhere
Poor customer service. Item never arrived and they wouldn’t take any responsibility. We paid overnight shipping had two separate orders and neither arrived. They said they would call and never did. Called a week later and they would cover any of it. No store credit or shipping cost covered. Just washing there hands of any problems. Good luck!
I had selected the bike I was searching for parts for and somehow it got changed and the wrong parts showed up and it’s been a living hell dealing with this company. The return policy sucks. It was just a very bad experience. I will definitely never order from this company again And if you decide to order From this company, do your homework read all the fine print cause that’s where they screw you at I do not recommend ordering from them they try and fool you with their low prices, but if something happens, you have to eat the return just like the filter that I ordered that was supposed to be for my bike and the clutch to return. The filter was almost 8 dollars. the total cost for the filter new is 11. Go figure beware people. They don’t care about their customers. They just want the money.
Very bad experience. Bought my motorcycle tire.. promised me on time shipping. I can't receive my order. When I called they can't even find my order. When I give them the order number.. they said the order is not created under my name. I have to go create an account with them to go look up my order.. its like going around circles.. bottom line this is the most unpleasant order I ever placed.. I will never buy again.. can't ship on time. And when inquire about your order even though you give them your order number and name they tell you to go create account to look for your order.. most distasteful shopping experience i have with them
