I am very disappointed with Skool.com’s customer support. When users really need help, support should respond quickly and professionally. I contacted them by email more than a week ago and still have not received any reply. It has now been over 10 days without any response.I was accused by a creator and removed from a community, and I tried to contact support to understand what happened and to defend myself. Unfortunately, no one answered me. This makes me question how a platform can operate properly if they do not respond to users when serious issues happen.A platform should protect both creators and members, and at least provide basic communication. Ignoring emails for more than a week is not acceptable.I truly hope they improve their customer service because users deserve support when they face problems.
Complete scam — you sign up for a subscription that’s completely useless, only to be offered the option to purchase additional courses afterwards. Dishonest and misleading.
The most unfair company I've seen. They will never give you a refund even if you purchased a scammy service. They just tell you that they can't do anything about it and the only way to get your money back is if the seller does it (which will never happen because 99% of them are just frauds anyways)
Scam,do not pay for a memebership ,tou won't be able to cancel it
They charged my credit card although I have already cancelled my free trial the day I joined as I found this website not user friendly. Then I was billed for a month subscription and no answer from them. This is totally a scam! So beware!
Having recently participated in Sharon Coffee's 5-Day Client Attracting GPT Challenge, I am compelled to share a highly positive and professional endorsement of this exceptional program. As someone with only a few months of experience in AI, I approached the challenge with a degree of apprehension regarding my ability to construct a custom GPT. However, Sharon Coffee's expert guidance and reassuring approach immediately dispelled these initial hesitations.Sharon adeptly communicated that advanced technical proficiency was not a prerequisite for success, fostering an inclusive learning environment. The challenge was meticulously structured, providing participants with a comprehensive workbook, daily prompts, and insightful video lessons. This multi-faceted approach streamlined the learning process, making the intricate task of custom GPT development remarkably accessible and straightforward.A core strength of the challenge was its emphasis on practical application. I gained invaluable hands-on experience in controlling the actions and outputs of my GPT through a series of specific, guided prompts. This iterative process allowed me to define the GPT's core function, establish its identity, and clarify its target audience. Furthermore, the program provided clear instructions on crafting a distinct persona for the GPT, dictating its interaction style and the value proposition it would deliver to users. The inclusion of strategies for developing effective conversation starters and mapping user conversation flows proved instrumental in ensuring the GPT remained aligned with its objectives and maintained user engagement.Sharon Coffee's commitment to practical excellence was further evident in the provision of prompts specifically designed for refining GPT outputs. This crucial step ensured that the custom AI tool would perform precisely as intended, meeting specific business requirements. The challenge also guided participants through the essential process of data integration, where I learned to upload pertinent business information, including niche descriptions and training methodologies, to provide the GPT with a robust knowledge base.By the conclusion of the 5-day challenge, I possessed a complete and actionable blueprint for my custom client-attracting GPT. This outcome represents not just a technical achievement but a significant strategic asset for my business, poised to enhance client engagement and illuminate their potential. My journey through the challenge transformed initial feelings of doubt and overwhelm into a profound sense of accomplishment and confidence. I now feel equipped not only to deploy this initial GPT but also to develop multiple custom AI solutions to drive greater efficiency and profitability within my operations.I wholeheartedly recommend Sharon Coffee's 5-Day Client Attracting GPT Challenge to any business professional seeking to leverage AI for customer acquisition, regardless of their current technical expertise. Her program is a testament to effective instructional design and practical empowerment. I eagerly anticipate future learning opportunities with Sharon Coffee.
I wanted to cancel my membership but its impossible to do so or its so hidden. I sent complaint email no answer. I spent 30 min trying to cancel this should be super ilegal. Ive read more than one review that they requested cancelation and it was done one month late so you get charged extra.I canceled my credit card so they wont re-bill me!!! I
“Lifetime Access” Revoked After Full PaymentI paid in full for two programs marketed as providing lifetime access (Creative Airbnb Academy and a government procurement course).Despite payment, my access was removed multiple times by administrators without prior written notice or reference to any written policy. No access limits were disclosed at purchase.Notably, Richie Matthew’s reinstated my access more than one year after inception (June 2024). After this, administrators claimed there was a one-year completion rule—which was never provided in writing or part of the original terms. No refund was issued, and no written policy explains how “lifetime access” can be revoked. I ultimately had to send a formal legal notice just to request continued access to what I already paid for.Posting for transparency. Buyers should obtain all access and termination terms in writing before purchasing.
they allow way too many rip off artists call themselves Instructors who will overcharge and under deliver. I had contacted them more than once to have a scoring option for instructors so students can know who to avoid BUYER BEWARE.
I subscribed to skool.com on a free trial, 3 days before the trial ended, I received an email advising that the trial would end in 3 days. I replied to the message and asked them to cancel my subscription, which they didn't do and have been debiting my account without my authority for 2 months. THEY ARE THIEVES !!!!!! DO NOT subscribe to their services !!!!!
Deeply disappointed. Skool presents itself as a modern platform for learning and community, yet allows illegal and discriminatory practices to persist unchecked.Any organisation that tolerates such behaviour undermines its own credibility and the principles of equality and fairness. Until this is addressed transparently and decisively, Skool cannot be regarded as an ethical or trustworthy platform.
I used to really love Skool — it felt like a place where people could learn, share, and grow together. But now, it honestly feels like it’s becoming a shortcut for scammers to make quick money off unsuspecting members.Customer support has been a huge disappointment. It’s slow, unhelpful, and feels like they don’t actually care about what happens inside the platform. When you join one of these overhyped courses that promise the world, everything looks great at first… until you actually get inside. Then you realize it’s just a mess — disorganized lessons, recycled content, or even AI-generated junk that adds no real value. The worst part? The moment you speak up or ask for a refund — even politely — you get kicked out of the group and completely ignored. And when you try reaching out to Skool support for help, they do nothing. They let these so-called “course creators” keep running their scams, creating communities, and taking people’s money without any kind of review or accountability. It’s heartbreaking because Skool had so much potential. I believed in this platform. But now it feels like a place where scammers thrive and honest learners get burned. I really hope Skool does something about this soon — because people like me joined out of trust, not to get scammed and silenced.
they dont care and will ban you
terrible; spammy; they kill with email
SKOOL has a policy of privacy protection which satisfies my vulnerable status. Vulnerable people get additional privacy protections and that s rare to match but skool has done me good
A great way to learn new things and network, some content providers, like Edward Air, whose AIMA Accelerator is $250 a month to join, use the platform to spam numerous invitations a day, even after blocking, with no recourse through the platform - no technical or customer support email, phone number, or, needless to say, address, and no response to the "Report User" feature, so it's worthless. And with all their emails coming from a noreply@skool address, blocking on the server or filtering your inbox means you won't receive the notifications from communities of interest you want.
Website has been "undergoing maintenance for a really long time'Checked their maintenance history and seems like this has been occurring a lot since the site/app was createdI don't need a site that will fail me consecutively when I need it the most
Don't buy their search arbitrage class, they are scam, they block me after I was charged for subscription, and refuse to refund!
For many years I had a membership with a person called David K. Now I tried to log in joining a new membership with another David, David B. Skool is unable to handle this situation (updating or having two login details) and BANNED me from the platform of the second course that I paid for. There are no contact details to Skool posted anywhere, so my only option to contact them is via posting this -1 score. I gave them one more chance when I saw that my review would be shared with Skool.com and before I posted this review, I had contacted them privately to ask them to lift the ban so that I have access to the course I had purchased. It turns out this email address does NOT exist! Scammers!
