If I could give no stars it would be too high! My father died in February after having an accident. We are still waiting for a decision on his accidental death policy. Two other companies he had police’s with have paid out this awful company are still using delaying tactics not to pay! Don’t ever take any sort of policy out with this company they don’t keep to their own deadlines they never reply to emails they lose documents and refuse to refund costs absolutely abysmal customer service in a case that is very distressing for our family
