2 1/2 months on and have lost 24 pounds. A1c back in the normal range and my joints are not hurting. Today Mac helped me with ordering my next 3 months. Very helpful and patient with ALL of my questions.

I have been with this company for a few years now. THEY USE TO BE CONSISTENTLY FANTASTIC.I got charged a couple of months ago for an additional Item that I did not ask for. I spoke to the manager Natasha who said she could not resolve the issue because it already went out and I would have to go through the returns process BUT she would look after me in my next order (I DID NOT HAVE THIS EXTRA MONEY and it put my bank account in arrears...She is clearly to busy to genuinly care about us customers and she DID NOT look after me with my next order and that order is now a script down on top of that. Their has slso been a few smaller issues in the last year that all add up in the end.
This is my second review for this company. My final experience was so different from earlier, I thought it was important to share it. I had looked in to the company when they were newer and was uncomfortable with the lack of customer support so I looked elsewhere for semaglutide. When I switched to tirzepatide and couldn't afford that company, I looked in to Trava and decided to give them a try. All was well at first. Prices were reasonable, the online doctor support was good, and shipping was fast. Then I raised the dose and got a rash at the injection site. I contacted the medical line and got some advice. Although, one response was from a doctor who had been with my first provider who does not take the time to actually read questions through. I had to ask again, at which point a different doctor gave me some great suggestions. Found more information on various Facebook pages that this was common, only a skin reaction so not dangerous, and manageable. Contacted medical again to see if they offered Tirzepatide with anything added other than B12 or with a different form of B12, so I could see if I had less of a reaction. Medical referred me to customer service which seemed odd considering this was a medical concern. Someone in customer service got back to me and told me they only offered tirzepatide with the one form of B12 and nothing else, apologized and gave me a 20% refund. I said it seemed like a doctor should make the determination about this and not a customer service rep. No response. I just tried to log in to see if there were any medical responses I had missed. My account was apparently deleted by Trava as I was unable to login at all.This all seems very weird to me, considering how common the injection site rash is. I have had to rely on Facebook discussions to learn how to handle it. I am pretty sure I asked about the rash before the last shipment was approved by medical and sent to me. I paid just under $500 for it. At least they gave me a 20% refund. I guess they are afraid of lawsuits. But I would have stuck with them. Now I have to find another online provider. I'm sure there will be a response here from Trava saying I'm difficult or, well, they did give me a 20% refund which they don't normally do so why am I upset. Well, this is why. And I wouldn't really say I'm upset. In fact I'd say this gives me the opportunity to go with a better run company. One that actually wants to help their patients with their weight loss journey and thinks asking for help is a good thing. I guess I'm just a trouble maker! 12/15/25 UPDATE: I just read Trava's response to my review. They claim I told them I did not want to continue with Trava, and that is 100% not true. I looked back over the email conversation with the customer service rep and I did not say anything that could even be misunderstood as that. What I do see is the rep saying they were sorry they could not help me and me saying it seemed like a doctor should be making that determination and not customer service. I stand completely by what I said in my original review.
Terrible company who has interest in your well-being. Just taking advantage of people who are looking for help. I provided ALL of my medical history. Including pancreatic issues which have apparently not been properly studied with these GLP-1s. After I researched it now it's because these medications have risk of causing pancreatitis which can result in life long complications, even after discontinuing meds or DEATH. ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS!? Who the heck would prescribe this knowing that. This is a lawsuit ready to happen. In no way is this ok. Also, they like to delete reviews. What a joke this company and their "doctors" are that never even speak to the patients.
I believe this company is a true scam & just wanted information - all of a sudden they charged my card $180.00 & said my prescription is at the pharmacy, so they can't reimburse me. I tried to get a hold of someone on line to help & was completely ignored. I guess I'm out $180.00 & no one cares. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Trava is very efficient. I’ve had them for a few months now and their recent turn around time between ordering meds to receiving them is within 3-5 days. Staff are responsive and their portal is very easy to use, straight forward where you order meds, request new services or access your general records. Just recently they added a weight tracker for progress. I would recommend to others.
Hello. I am unable to access my patient portal and would like a copy the notice that a refund has been issued. BOA keeps stating they have received no replies from your company. This has been incredibly frustrating and unfortunately since I was told for 2 weeks that my medication was shipped and it wasn’t , I don’t have much confidence that the refund was sent either
UPDATE 10/2/25 Shortly after posting the initial review, I received a call from Trava’s co-founder Chris. Out of an abundance of caution, he kindly offered to send replacement bottles of the Tirzepatide. It is almost impossible for a bottle to be compounded incorrectly, and every vial is tested by a third party lab. Because we cannot find another reason for my reaction to this 4th bottle of Tirzepatide, the bottles will be replaced. I am changing my rating to 4 stars because the customer service at Trava has always been excellent. I would give the customer service a 5 star rating. I think it speaks to the integrity of the company that he reached out to find a solution and showed concern for my health. 10/1/25My B12 has been low my entire adult life to the point that I have required B12 injections off and on. My lab levels the last year have been in the 300's without supplements. A week into my 4th bottle of Tirzepatide with Trava, I started feeling bad. I was anxious and my heart was racing for no obvious reason. I visited my PCP for labs and my B12 was 1675. I do not drink anything with B12 added, nor do I take any supplements with B12 added. My PCP and I both believe this is due to the concentration of B12 in the Tirzepatide. I notified Trava customer service who denied that it could've been human error in the compounding process. I asked for the bottle to be replaced just to be safe and they refused. I will not recommend them or order from them again. This is a safety issue. They should have replaced the bottle at the very least because there is no other reasonable explanation for such a dramatic increase in my B12. This occurred at only a 6mg dose. I won't be risking it again.
Trava Health offers lower-cost medication than I found elsewhere. The product is very effective for me, unlike one from a different company I used first. The second company's product was more expensive. So, the third time is definitely a charm with Trava Health!! Shipping was fast, and I have had no problems with this company.
Trava Health's Tirzepatide is life changing! Who knew this is what I needed to jump start my health journey!
