So far, I am not sure if this business is a scam or not. I bought an outdoor heater 9/30/21 and my credit card was charged immediately. It is now 10/9/21 and I have not heard one word from them re: shipping. They don’t pick up the phones and haven’t responded to my email. Considering opening a transaction dispute with credit card company. So far, seems like a scam
An absolutely spectacular experience with this company. First time buying such a large expensive item online and it could not have gone better. The person I dealt with help guide me through the process, answering questions on moderately priced grills all the way up to the high end models. In the end I felt confident placing my business with this company because of their level of knowledge and patience with me as a customer. I bought an extremely expensive grill it arrived in perfect condition, when they said it would an it has exceeded my expectations. Overall I would buy from them again and again. Their pricing is very competitive, they know every nary detail about the products they sell and they are honest and willing to spend the time it takes to make you understand what you are getting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Excellent company to deal with.
