Pending Charges stuck after checkout error
Tried purchasing tickets via resale but their checkout somehow threw an error on me and there's now a pending charge on my card. The order didn't go through but the customer service team said the charge would only clear out after a few business days. This means you're out of pocket for a few days and you might not be able to try another transaction because you don't have enough funds on your card. Terrible purchasing experience, and they certainly have the audacity to charge a ridiculous service fee at checkout.Avoid as much as possible.

Keep calling them and emailing them
Keep calling them and emailing them. They say they mailing me my check then don't. Absolutely ridiculous. Never will use this site again.

I would like to give this company Zero stars but it’s not an option. I am a very angry customer and it is impossible to contact customer service as they only have a bot replying .I would advise anyone NOT TO USE THIS SITE.

Easy to use to sell tickets, pour payment process
Easy to use to sell tickets. Always excuses when it comes to actually getting you your money. As a Canadian we sold tickets to an event in MN, as we couldn’t attend last minute and it took them 10 weeks and a mailed cheque to pay. Then, sold tickets in Canada and were told we would get paid on a Monday, and by Friday still nothing. When you call they always have a new excuse for delays. Never their fault, very frustrating!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT GIVE A TOSS ABOUT CUSTOMERS ONCE THEY’VE GOT YOUR MONEY! EMAILS REMAIN UNANSWERED FOR WEEKS AT A TIME AND THEN YOU GET A STOCK RESPONSE TO SAY THAT THEY’RE BUSY! WE’RE ALL BUSY, GET MORE STAFF IF YOUR CURRENT STAFF ARE UNABLE TO COPE WITH THE AMOUNT OF WORK THEY GET…. BETTER STILL, DELIVER WHAT YOU SELL AND YOU’LL MOST LIKELY FIND THAT THE AMOUNT OF WORK REQUIRED TO DEAL WITH DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS WILL DECREASE!

AVOID AVOID AVOID
I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster in December 2020, which unfortunately due to COVID was rescheduled. The tickets were sent out to me early part of 2021. Unfortunately I lost the physical tickets and my circumstances changed, before selling the tickets on TicketExchange I emailed them to confirm I had no physical tickets but wanted to sell them, they advised that the tickets would need to be sold first and then passed to there dedicated team to look into. In good faith I listed the tickets for sale which sold not long after. I emailed them chasing this as I was advised they would contact me with an update. I received no update. I chased again via email and was advised the same, the team would be in contact with me with an update. A few days before the gig I had still received no update but had an automated email stated they had to cancel the order. I raised this with them again via email and a much delayed response I was advised they had to cancel the order because tracking details were entered after there policy requirements. This is completely FALSE information because as I had stated to them I HAD NO PHYSICAL TICKETS TO POST. I have now lost the money for 3 tickets and missed the opportunity to attend the gig (according to their website they can send replacement tickets 5 days before the gig I would have taken this option to save wasting the money and time I have spent attempting to selling them). If they couldn't resend physical tickets to the buyer I would rather have known straight from the get go. A total scam and waste of time. I wish I had read these reviews before listing my tickets on there. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Honestly the worst customer service I have EVER received. Dreadful
I would have given 0 stars but I wasn’t allowed.Sold tickets for a concert through TME. Waited well over a month after the concert date had passed before I contacted to ask why I hadn’t received payment for my tickets. Received a reply a few days later telling me I’d be paid within 5-7 days but still no funds arrived. Contacted again and was told that due to covid they were struggling with backlog (don’t think covid is still a fair excuse in 2022 to be honest) and I’d be paid within a few days. Still no payment. Emailed again and payment finally arrived almost 2 months after concert. However, the refund for the postage of my tickets (me posting to buyer) was not refunded as promised, so I’ve had to contact TME again to ask for this. It was only £13 but I’m perusing it more out of principle now more than anything, especially considering it’s supposed to be refunded automatically with ticket sale monies. I’ve now emailed 3 times about my postage refund alone and I’m still no further forward. I have also requested to speak to a senior manager regarding my issues but those requests have been ignored. All they seem to do is reply with a generic response and not actually solve your problems.I like the idea of this service but will NEVER EVER use it again. Selling tickets on eBay, Gumtree or Facebook is so much quicker and easier, even if selling for face value.

Won't give you your money
I posted some tickets on their site for resale, and got an email to notify me that they had sold. They give you instructions on how to send your tickets to the buyer (Royal Mail Special Delivery) and state that they will reimburse this cost. I mailed the tickets, and gave Ticketmaster the tracking number as instructed. Even after the tickets were successfully delivered to the buyer, Ticketmaster never gave me the resale money. The day of the event came but it was rescheduled last minute. The buyer decided that they no longer wanted the tickets. Ticketmaster used this as a way to continue to refuse to give me the resale money. I asked if they would void the tickets I gave to the buyer and print me some new ones, but they refused. So in all I'd lost both the cost of the tickets and the cost of sending them to the buyer, and would also not get to attend the event. Here's what should have happened in my opinion. After I gave proof that I had shipped the tickets, Tickermaster should have given me the money for the sold tickets and the postage. When the buyer received the tickets in the post, the tickets belonged to them. If they no longer wanted to attend the gig, then they should resell them. It is no longer my problem. I suppose it's a great service if you're a buyer though... You get free tickets and the expense of someone else!!

Bought tickets which I paid for. Then due Covid I sold tickets. Ticket master sent me an e-mail stating I’d get a credit. 12 weeks and still no credit. Can only Reach these people via e-mail. Will be using other reselling sites in future
Tickets sold in excess of face value and a 20% service charge. If I had gone on the normal Ticketmaster website similar tickets available at face value.

It was terrible
It was terrible. Can't change the price of tickets after initial listing. No phone number to call, only email. They don't answer emails. $450 down the drain. From the looks of other reviews, sounds like I wouldn't even have gotten my money if they did sell.

Ohana Music Festival 2021
I had 2 Ohana Music FestivalDoheny State Beach (Dana Point, CA)Sunday, September 26, 2021, 12:00 PM Tickets (Pearl Jam) I wasn't able to attend due to border restrictions. I had to sell them "virtually" based on the fact I could not "personally" deliver the wrist bands. So the Ohana Fest offered the option to use Ticketmaster Exchange. I didn't know what I was getting into... they sold my tickets an hour after I posted them; giving the same explanation: "After the event takes place, the date shown is when funds were sent/issued to youPlease allow up to 3-5 additional business days to receive your payment by direct deposit and up to 10 business days via check." The check was "issued" on September 30th, today is November 4th and I haven't received my payment yet. Echoing on the rest, the phone line is dead, the email response is unbearable, and pretty much useless. I am afraid my check got stolen or simply never really issued, as they said. I've been waiting far too long for this. I am counting on that money to make some payments now overdue. I feel frustrated, disappointed, and very sad I had to lose the event, and now my money too (1,000 dollars)?

Thieves, cheats and scumbags!!!
If I was able to give Ticket- Exchange. Com a rating less than than one it would be minus ten. They misrepresented and lied in every step of the transaction. I wish them the most miserable life one can have. Shame on them!!

How do you give ZERO stars to rate my…
How do you give ZERO stars to rate my experience with NFL TicketExchange?? They are absolute CRAP. No delivery of Check or Direct Deposit after they sold my tickets. They give you a Toll Free number to call them only to get the recording that they're not taking calls and to email them. Then when you email this DipCrap company when they finally return your email they tell you to call the same crap Toll Free number that doesn't take phone calls. DON'T USE NFL TICKETEXCHANGE. Go to Stubhub!

I've been robbed
I've been robbed. I bought resale tickets for an event. Reference RE9516420. I got an email to say I had successfully bought the tickets. I wish! It said they would be sent to me by post. The seller never updated the order status, never communicated, and never sent the tickets. I tried to contact ticketmaster pre the event but their site was bugging out, and the customer service center (near impossible to find a number for) was closed on a Saturday. Yes, closed on a Saturday, when most events happen... So I contact them the next week for my money back and they say they have paid the seller and I can't have my money back. Why did they pay the seller if he never said he posted the tickets??? I have been robbed.

NO PAYMENT
Sold tickets in September and have yet to receive payment. You can't get anyone on the phone and they take a week or longer to respond to emails so even once they respond you have to wait again another week to hear back again. It's ridiculous.
