If you had 0 on the scale that’s what I would rate TriEagle Energy . Customer service skills are just as horrible as the bait for a lower price in the beginning. Only to have my bill skyrocket about three months later.

Just don’t do it
Just don’t do it. Very shady practices on pricing. Have to deal with a “virtual assistant “ first then eventually after you waste a lot of your time you will get a real person speaking in circles very quickly. You have to repeatedly ask them to slow down their speech then only to be spoken to as if you are a moron. When it’s the dialect in which they are speaking to quick which is making the conversation difficult not my lack of brain cells. Will switch carriers.

I have been with TriEagle for a few months. I want to leave a review. From day 1 they have been nice helpful and these days that is rare. Not only is their customer service good but their rates are too. I'm staying with them and have told all my friends about them also.
