Truly terrible customer after care
The building is largely of high quality and overall I’m pleased with it as a first home. However the customer care has been diabolical. In the sales meeting I was told I could choose my kitchen cupboards and tiles then one I had reserved (within 2 days) I was then told my cupboards and tiles had been ordered months ago and I couldn’t choose. Since completing and moving in I have had to constantly chase my snagging list. I’ve been here for 7months and simple snags are still not complete. These are jobs that would take 10min tops. I have been ringing on a weekly bases. Each time I’m told the person I’m talking to can’t help and they would get the manager for my development to call. She has never called. As soon as snagging moves to a third party it happens so quickly and easily. But anything that involves chartway directly just doesn’t seem to happen without constant chasing.
