They bought Adam's cable, a very good company, and are driving it into the ground.Had Adam's fiber with no issues. Blueridge is out all the time, customer service is non existent and they lowered the speeds.
80yr old without notice had internet communication shut off, for non payment even tho partial payment made. I. Her son luckily helped as she had no idea why you cut her. My understanding was as long as Bill paid you can't shut off. This needs looking into. Luckily she didn't need emergency help. Very pissed. Poor company on how it handles senior citizens and disabled.resolution forthcoming. Fyi, no attempts at text or email notification of late or unpaid balances notice.
Daily have to reset eero. Paying for say 1GB but only getting MBs basically slower speed than what paying for. Always buffering on phone, tv, internet. My 4g Lte goes faster.
I've dealt with lousy corporations in my life but Blue Ridge Cable TV is one of the worst.Yes, I know we had 8" of snow, and our power is out and yes our generator is working just fine so I reported an outage with my internet. I asked a simple question...." Is there a reported outage in my area". The response I got was a typical "Off my desk" answer. BR blamed it on my generator and I quote, "The supervisor said BR can not guarantee service when you have a generator" Unbelievable.My internet worked from the time we lost electric power at 7 am until approximately 8 pm but BR blamed it on my generator.(BTW....as I am writing this, my internet came back on...better call the supervisor, my generator is supplying your equipment with great power.)Customer Dis-service, a hallmark of BlueRidge Cable in the Poconos mountains.
