recently we ordered 8oz bottles of the Ridge Builder. We received the wrong order and were sent 2 4oz bottle of an oily substance. I was told it is used or dry ink pads?I also ordered 2 LE ink pads and when i received the package and opened it the pads are covered in black ink. liquid black ink. Very disappointing.
I never received my order. When I wrote customer service I never got a response. This place is a scam.
ID Technologies was easy to work with, reliable, and efficient. The process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend.
I received my ceramic fingerprint stamp and thankfully it had a cellophane wrapper around it… the lid doesn’t snap on, it just sits on top… ink was all over the inside of the packaging and it took about 4 full size paper towels to clean up all of the ink. I sent an email and asked if this was normal and never received a reply. With a $62 investment (with shipping) I expected a little better as far as product and communication. Disappointed at their lack of response!
I ordered several items a month in advance for use in a crime scene school I was instructing. I did not receive any communication from ID Technologies regarding projected shipping or potential delays. The week of the school, I received an invoice and shipping notice, but unfortunately, the items will not arrive for the training I was providing to young officers. I understand that delays can happen, especially during the pandemic, but a month-long delays seems excessive. Even a brief update from ID Technologies regarding shipping would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements for the training.

This product worked when nothing else did for my faded fingerprints. However, the instructions need to be updated. I was told to just apply it 5 min before fingerprinting. That did not help. But what did work was to spend about 40-60 min applying and reapplying, building up several layers. Be careful not to touch anything during that time.

I never received the product!! I’m very disappointed that I spent so much money on a product that never got to me.

The product is great! However, the image in the description was not what I received. The image in the product description showed ridge builder in a variety of dispensers. I got a decently sized spray bottle and thought there might be a cream or other spray with it. All in all I am satisfied with the product just thought there would be more with it.

this is the second time ive overpaid for two day delivery and not received my package on the second day. id like my money back for both and i have still yet to see my second order
I ordered luminol blood reagent. The bottle came labeled invisible theft detection. I contacted customer service and was told this is how it is packaged. Very confusing. I am still not sure I have the correct product. Ordering was easy and Judy in customer service was very friendly and tried to be helpful
